We were so impressed with this villa. Everything was as described and pictured in the advertisement. It’s really a cool place. The host was also extremely responsive and quick to address the our concerns. Definitely plan to stay here again!

Beautiful little quiet chalet on the waterfront. We enjoyed our girls' weekend. We were 7 people + dog (4 adults and 3 children). We enjoyed the great hot tub. We also took advantage of the lake to swim and paddle boat. We also relaxed well around the fire in the evening. The upper gallery was large and had a beautiful view of the lake. My daughter and niece told me they would have wanted to stay for the week so much that they had fun at the cottage. Thanks again!

The place is great. About 20-25 minutes from New Liskeard, which has everything you need, including great restaurant, 28 on the Lake. The view from the cottage/veranda is beautiful. Cottage has its own boat ramp, which worked well for us. The hot tub was amazing, we really used it a lot. The sauna also worked well. Cottage was clean and everything worked. And, finally, Katrin was extremely fast with her responses and her answers were always helpful.

Great place to stay! We went during the winter months and the scenery was beautiful. The place was spacious and clean. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back in the future!

The place was magical and peaceful. We should’ve went last month as it was very cold and fall almost over but we had a great time regardless!

Great cottage! It is very large and very well arranged . The hot tub , billiards, and arcade game allowed us to have a great time . There is a toboggan and a small slope right in front of the cottage that allows you to have fun . Not much to do around by a small ice rink 5min away by car , but the cottage is completely enough .

Jason and his wife, Candice were very friendly hosts. The cabin was everything Jason described it as. He even gave my some extra blankets to keep myself warm at night, and made sure in general that I was happy with my stay. I’d definitely 10/10 come back!

Abi was super friendly, highly responsive, and an overall amazing host. Eggs were great. Cabin was great. You can contact her for any help you need but otherwise she’ll leave you to do your own thing. Fishing was great here as well. There’s a paddle boat, row boat, kayaks and canoes. This place you can tell is constantly getting updated so the description on Airbnb might be outdated. They seriously underpromise and overdeliver despite how thorough the listing is. 10/10 will be back!

Very nice place

Our stay at this chalet was amazing! The entire space was charming and perfectly suited for a cozy winter retreat.The chalet was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. From entertainment options like a ping pong table to thoughtful bathroom essentials, every detail was covered. The kitchen was warm and inviting and also fully equipped- making cooking for a group very enjoyable. Both bathrooms were spacious, spotless, and featured showers, making it easy for everyone in our group to freshen up.The dining area was one of our favorite spots—it was beautifully set up and perfect for enjoying meals together. The highlight, though, was the incredible view of the frozen lake right outside the chalet. The location was another major plus as we were just minutes away from a hiking trail. There is also a spa nearby. The host was fantastic—responsive and accommodating. Thank you Koze team for a wonderful stay and we look forward to visiting again in the summer.

Guy's place was great! I'll be back. There are two other places to rent on the property, and I would say that the location of this building is the least ideal because it doesn't have a direct view overlooking the lake. This would be a big downside if you spent your time sitting inside or on the porch, we did not so it was perfect for us. One other thing is that the I found the shower tight for an adult, but if you need to wash, it'll get the job done. I spent most of my time by or on the water. Take advantage of the available water crafts that are available! I was fishing most of the time and there's a lot of fish to catch. Super comfortable and cozy cabin. Lots of room in the kitchen to get your chef on. As for the property, there's a slightly steep hill between the buildings and the water. Be careful with children or when it's damp. There IS a staircase to help you out. There's quite a bit of cottages around the lake and it could get loud. Quite a bit of motor and pontoon boats

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely loved it just as much as the first time. We had the opportunity to meet Rachel’s mother, Gail, who is an absolute beauty of a human! She is so sweet and great to talk to! The location of the cottage is stunning. When you wake up, you have a beautiful view of the lake. Rachel has always been so helpful and sweet with any questions we had and we will definitely be coming back!

The cottage was as described. There was a lot of equipment at our disposal whether inside (kitchen) or outside (pedal boat, inflatable boat, paddleboarding...). The lake view is great! The hosts responded quickly to any questions we had, and we were assured we were not missing anything. Very nice stay.

What a great location for our week of R&R on beautiful Lake Nosbonsing, just half an hour from family in North Bay. We enjoyed this tastefully renovated small cottage with its private entrance and ample parking. It has a spacious bathroom, and a great fully equipped kitchen, including Keurig coffee maker (filter and pods). The queen bedroom is tight, and may be impractical for some. Good air flow throughout. Beautiful deck has sun all day. BBQ works well. We missed the sunsets, but loved sunrises and warm morning sun on the private dock for yoga, coffee and tranquil moments. Superb views from the house make up for light road noise behind. Enjoyed the birds, ducks, loons, etc. We swam at the cottage, but there's no beach. Down the road is Big Moose Beach. The private fire pit is well designed, for enjoyment and safety. There's a well stocked grocery store nearby, which even has a pizzeria. We'd be happy to rent this quaint cottage again. We married just weeks before, eloping, but we were so rushed and didn’t get to have our first dance or spend real time with each other (can you believe how busy life is) so we were able to achieve that here. Off grid, no cell service (best thing ever). Propane lanterns, stove and fridge we weren’t expecting. Running water inside was fantastic. Outhouse cute!We so loved all of the little mantra type sayings and writings all over, the painted rocks, the love imbedded into every corner of the cottage. The hand crank radio we found a classic rock station that played all of the songs I wanted to have play if we had a wedding. We love that things are original and the furniture just brought me back to where my soul seems to live. We really felt connected to the original way of living that is preserved when you go to the area of Algonquin Park. What a gift. This glorious spot that was completely void of people other than a helpful neighbour 2 doors down was the peace and tranquility we needed.

Craigs cottage is super clean and cute. Pet friendly which was important for us and lots of area to go on walks. Fully stoked kitchen for cooking and a decent bbq. We will for sure be coming back!

This was the best stay I had recently. Management was friendly and responsible.they had lots activities like kayak ,boats , fishing and all these was included in the stay for the reasonable price. I will recommed this place to all my friends and we will back with our families soon
