Lovely, well presented and spacious apartment in a fantastic location. We had a great short break here over New Year. Would highly recommend, we all loved the swing chair on the deck looking out over the beach!

I went to Aberystwyth for a two-week study trip and needed accommodation with its own kitchen and living room. The flat is in a perfect location opposite the pier with great views of the seafront and starling murmurations. Absolutely spotless throughout, with a very good-sized bathroom, kitchen/living room and bedroom. All of the mod-cons are in the kitchen. Faultless! Sarah was a perfect host. She was proactive before, during and after the visit. She was responsive to my messages. I was very impressed by the whole experience and I will certainly choose this flat again!

I have stayed at this apartment multiple times. Richard is proactive, flexible and accommodating. Excellent scenery and quiet neighbourhood. Lots of amenities and well worth the price. Highly recommended!!!

A beautiful apartment, extremely well equipped and very comfortable. Lisa is a very friendly and helpful host, the restaurant recommendation she provided was excellent and I'm very glad she also advised us to book due to a local event that would mean everywhere was busy. Being right by the amazing beach at Aberdyfi is heaven. All round, a lovely stay.

Excellent two night stay. The house was spotless and was really well stocked with everything you need. Check-in was super easy and the location is fantastic. A 10 minute walk into Brecon town. Would recommend this place to everyone.

We had a fantastic stay. It is wonderful house in a central location. It was comfortable and cosy, had a fully equipped kitchen with every item you could wish for, sometimes multiple, great for cooking and enjoying a night in. It was warm and safe with plenty of hot water, ideal for our autumnal coastal walking weekend. The property is so interesting, it’s full of antique curiosities, family memorabilia, and cultural souvenirs. Parked my car nearby on street, no hassle, perfectly safe and free. Thank you Barnaby.

My 2 friends and I had a flying visit for a parkrun. Julie’s place was only 0.4km away from Y Promenad parkrun so prefect. She was a brilliant host. Prompt with answers to my questions and we loved the bottle of water and welcome snacks and chocolates. Personally I loved the torches available. They weren’t needed as we had come prepared but a display of being a great host and thinking of possible needs. We also loved the fresh milk provided and “real” coffee. Great extras to the service. Thank you. I will be highly recommending Julie’s place to my parkrun friends.

We had a fantastic stay at Wendy's place. It is beautifully furnished and decorated and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment. The view is absolutely stunning and we really enjoyed our morning coffee looking out at the sea in the incredibly comfy chairs. There's a fantastic guide to the place and local area that Wendy and Andy have put together. Wendy was a wonderful host. She was always there to help if we needed her but we had plenty of space to enjoy our break. We made a short notice request to have use of the hot tub for our stay and Wendy and Andy very kindly accommodated our request clearly communicating the requirements for this additional service. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return!

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Esther's special place by the sea. A great location providing the real luxury of being able to lay in bed and see the waves crash onto the beach! The house was lovely and warm and comfortable and everything you needed for a great stay. Esther is a lovely host and was very responsive and helpful - she took the time to message us and check everything was going okay. I am sure we will be back!

Great place to stay with family for a couple of nights. Had everything we needed, central location. The only thing to be aware of is the number of steps that you have to climb from entrance to accommodation, certainly got our steps in.

We stayed for a couple of nights with our dog, and the apartment was perfect! It’s had everything we need and more, like dog bowls etc. The area was centrally located to the main town and quiet, which was amazing for us. Claire even left us some breakfast and Welsh Cakes when we arrived which was a nice touch. Totally worth the money we paid, and would highly recommend those thinking about booking to book quickly!

Very comfortable flat in the heart of Aberystwyth. Nice view of the sea from the living room. The bedroom is at the back and very quiet, which was lively. James was communicative and helpful.

Great place, close to the town and is easily within walking distance. Close to the beach as well. The place itself is cozy, no complaints.

Lovely working stay at Sarah’s place. Right on the seafront and so the view was amazing. The apartment was great, plenty of space, comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. Open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with the aforementioned view. Although we didn’t cook, everything was there if we had wanted to. Short stroll to numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Would love to stay again next time we are in the area.

We had a wonderful few days at Siani and Ewert's. The accommodation has everything you need... comfy beds, super well -equipped kitchen, games and a view of the cows! We were there over new year and it was very cosy. The location is ideal, between Harlech and Barmouth with it's absolutely stunning views. Siani was very helpful and there was a lovely welcome pack when we arrived. Can't recommend enough!

The apartment was clean, warm and cosy in the beautiful city Dolgellau. The communication with the host was clear and replies were prompt and informative. Highly recommend.
