What a fabulous apartment, excellent location with a fantastic view of Aberporth beach. Great place to walk along the Welsh coastline, with lots of places to visit locally. The apartment is very homely & Samantha was quick in responding to my queries. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

The photos cannot do justice to how remarkable the apartment is. Space in abundance plenty of room for two couples to enjoy without being in the way. As just a couple, we totally loved the apartment and the fantastic views. There is a TV if you must, we just enjoyed the bay window with comfortable chairs and a bottle of wine. Sun sea and people watching, fantastic. local restaurants all excellent a superb chippy The nr by wine- tapas bar the place to visit. The parking permit is a great bonus. Hardly used the car the location has it all. Great shower and comfortable bed, lovely spacious kitchen with all the requirements you would want. I could go on for pages but it would be more an enjoyable experience for you to enjoy yourself

We have rarely felt such a sense of luxury and space in an AirBnB stay. It is an interesting mix; modern fixtures and appliances in an old building. The waterfront location made for great walking opportunities right out the front door. Sarah provided a lot of information about the unit and responded quickly to questions. The heating controls may be too sophisticated for their own good, or maybe I am too simple for my own good. I am happy with a thermostat that merely turns up or down. Happily, Sarah can mange the system remotely and you might do well to let her do so. We had a great stay and appreciate the effort Sarah has put into creating such a welcoming and comfortable setting.

I have stayed at this apartment multiple times. Richard is proactive, flexible and accommodating. Excellent scenery and quiet neighbourhood. Lots of amenities and well worth the price. Highly recommended!!!

Stay here! This beautiful flat is like a warm, cozy hug. The pictures don’t do it justice. Kitchen is well appointed and the table with views of the harbor are lovely. The seafront views are spectacular and the beds and bathroom very comfortable. We loved it and will definitely stay when we return if it’s available.

Maerina's place was ideal right in the middle of Aber town and close to the sea. Maerina works in the shop beneath the flat and was available for local recommendations and to respond to any issues had there been any, she was a great host, she had left bread and milk for us. From my first contact with Laura I felt that I had made the right choice booking her property - she was responsive and helpful, she answered all my questions, and made me feel welcome. Her property is just a short walk into town with its many shops and pubs, yet in a quiet area that guarantees you a peaceful stay. A wonderful host, and first on my list if I need to book somewhere in or near Narberth again.

I have been using air bnb now for many years, and stayed in over 50 properties. This was by far the best one!! The pictures are nice, but when you arrive you will realise they don’t do it justice. Absolutely beautiful home, peaceful river sound and a fantastic garden! I can’t wait to come back. Thankyou!

An amazing property with an amazing location….made great memories with children and grandchildren

The accommodation was exactly as described. Plenty of space, nicely done out with everything we needed as a family. It was very clean and tidy. The back garden was nice and secure for our puppy. We loved having a swimming pool onsite as well as the games room amd launderette. Sarah responded really quickly when we had any questions. Highly recommended

Great stay thank you Julie! Host communication was amazing and grounds were beautiful, kitchen was well equipped and lots of lovely walks near by. We especially loved being able to swim in the steam on the property! Would definitely stay again. Worth noting that some of the bedrooms are accessed through other bedrooms, but did not cause us any issues!

Fabulous views from the top floor and we saw some beautiful sunsets. Easy to walk everywhere. Everything needed for cooking was in the fully equipped kitchen. Bonus to have Netflix for a series we were watching. Great communication, always quick and responsive. Would highly recommend.

This place was in the perfect location if you want to stay local to the centre of Barmouth. Had some issues getting into the property but that was user error / me not reading the instructions properly but the hosts answered the phone straight away and came down to help us within a matter of minutes. Looking to come again in the summer and will likely try and book this place again. No complains at all it was a lovely place, good location and the hosts are very friendly

The seafront flat was the perfect spot for us during our stay for our Uni reunion. Comfortable flat and beautifully laid out. Would absolutely stay again.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It has wonderful sea views from the front room and the bedroom is out the back of the apartment. It can get a little noisy at night as there is a night club on the pier across the road, but with the bedroom out the back the impact is minimal.

We absolutely loved Sian’s apartment! It was perfect for our whole family. The place was exactly as described in the photos—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It’s also very child-friendly, with lots of thoughtful touches like children’s books, toys, and even a playroom that our kids really enjoyed. The location was fantastic too—just a short walk to the beach, and there were plenty of great restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive. We truly had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again for our next family holiday!

Our family had a brilliant time, the flat is beautiful, we felt right at home and the location excellent, lots to do and see just a short walk away.
