We had a fantastic stay with Pierre. The cottage is perfectly located, close to the river and close to a supermarket. The cottage itself is very cozy and really everything you need is present. We enjoyed the sunshine in the garden and jacuzzi. We'd love to come back. Pierre is a great host!

Staying with Jeanne was really beautiful! The check in was absolutely hassle-free and easy. Everything was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was something for everyone. The hot tub and sauna were our highlight! There is a star deduction in the price-performance category because you don't have to check in until 4 p.m. and check out again at 11 a.m., so you can't spend too much "time" in the great accommodation and accordingly the price was already relatively high. Nevertheless, we would come back and recommend the place! Thank you so much for the wonderful short time 😊

After a very warm welcome by the host and hostess, we entered the cozy and comfortable guesthouse. It was equipped with every comfort, with also a lovely bed and a spacious bathroom. Don't hesitate to book, it's okay here!

Clean, great furnishings and everything was thought of. You immediately felt at home here. Thanks for the wonderful time. We'll be back. Andrea personally welcomed and said goodbye to us. She gave us great tips for the area. The house is quietly located and in a great location. The fireplace is inviting, the sauna and the hot tub are great!!! She even served us champagne as a welcome. Comfortable beds, Rituals body care everywhere, towels, sauna towels, etc. Andrea has thought through the smallest details. In the kitchen, all necessary appliances are available and of course also important and necessary materials. Thank you!!! It was a wonderful weekend! We will be back.

This place is perfect for kicking back and living it up. It’s got a hot tub, sauna, and a games room with a pool table and foosball. The mix of modern and traditional décor makes it pretty cool, and the high-quality appliances and comfy bedrooms are top-notch. There’s an instruction book in multiple languages, which cleared up any questions we had, and the hosts were great. It’s a fantastic spot for hanging out with family and friends.

If you are in Köln for the fair, then Thekla’s lil haven is the place for you to stay. Easy commute by cab or tram to the Messe grounds. Plenty of options of places to eat in the nearby community. Thekla as a host is extremely welcoming. The house is well stocked up and is equipped with all the amenities that you can think for. Just perfect. 😃

Wonderful! Yo is a very good host. Very friendly and generous and really very personable. The house is great, we didn't lack anything. The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances, dishes, spices, etc. The beds are great and the location of the house is ideal. Supermarket, bus stop and restaurant close by. A great porch that we could use great as we had beautiful weather. The two parking spaces in front of the house are ideal. We will be back! 👍

Absolutely gorgeous stay! Perfect for a weekend in Durbuy for two couples. This is the second time I’ve stayed at Villa des Roses, and Robert and Annette were (as ever) wonderfully warm, generous and flexible hosts. The house is stunning and toasty warm in winter, and a 5-minute walk from the centre. I have nothing but good memories from this experience and will likely be back for a third stay 😊

Jolanda's place is such a gem. It's a beautiful and cute apartment located at a calm place just at the border. We stayed here for 4 nights over new years eve, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely be back! The apartment was as advertised, it was clean, bright, and warm (the Aga is really nice!). There's a lovely view over the field directly from the bedroom, and if it gets too light there are also blinding curtains to make it properly dark at night. In the area there's a lot of places to walk, run or cycle, both on the Dutch and German side of the border. We also worked for a couple of days from here, the internet is stable and fast enough to support video calls without any problems. And lastly, Jolanda herself was super responsive, left great recommendations, and made our stay super easy and convenient!

we were very happy with our stay in the pollous cottage. The calm, the view and we really liked the layout of this cottage. a pleasant accommodation to spend some nice days with the family. Malmedy with its happy carnival and the sun to stroll along the Warche and the Fagne. Very good communication with François who reacted very quickly when we had a practical question. Gite and great place. A place to remember.

We loved our stay at Marie Paule's place. A very hospitable woman, who was also very sweet to our children. Our 2-year-old son worked with her in the garden for an afternoon. The cottage is very suitable for a family. Well equipped, nice bedrooms and the garden- which is huge- is very nice for hiking or for a picnic. The location in relation to Aubel with all nice shops, a very cozy market on Tuesday and on Saturday and the adbij of Val-Dieu is very convenient. In short: really good value for the money. I can recommend this place with peace of mind!
