Townhome vacation rentals in 8th arrondissement

We stayed at Catherine's apartment only one night, but we enjoyed it. The self check-in has been easy because the communication with the host was clear and quick! The apartment is cozy, full of everything you need for your stay. (If you travel with a child is very appreciated when you also find books and toys for children, like in this case!) Is located in a quiet neighborhood, near to the Rhône River. Highly recommended!

Claire super host, very helpful and quick to respond and all our requests. Great welcome, he gave us all the details on how to get to the city center and the party of lights. Beautiful house, clean, with well distributed spaces, there were six of us but it would have been comfortable even more, the only problem is on three floors so it is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Located a 10-minute walk from the subway with which you can reach the city center in a few minutes. Highly recommended

Louis had a nice stay at Louis's. The house is well located with bus stops a few meters away. The accommodation is pleasant, well-equipped and secure. Louis always responds easily to our requests.

Florence was very specific about her place , how to get there, what to do when we were there! She made it easy for us to get around by giving us tips . It was so nice to be able to count on his knowledge! Her place is very nice , easy to live with even when we were at 8. Everything is there. The bedding is of very good quality . Warm house with games adapted for the age of our children, well arranged! Don't hesitate to trust him.

Stunning house. Stephane our wonderful friendly host greeted us at the apartment with a wine and welcoming smile . He took the time to explain the property features, as well as sharing local recommendations and tourist attractions with us. Our stay was just perfect. Everything we needed was at hand the kitchen was well equipped and outside on the street was a fresh produce market each day so we had the pleasure of cooking. The back yard had a BBQ and lots of chairs to sit and relax as well as enjoying the Jacuzzi. We were also pleasantly surprised to have a local made cake delivered to us which was delicious. Highly recommend perfect for families, location is great.

Very good stay in a beautiful little townhouse on 3 floors, well decorated, well-equipped and impeccable. Our host was very responsive and even offered to host us. All this just 30 minutes from Lyon. We recommend it without any hassle!

For the first time we did not pass Lyon while going south, we stayed there for a short week. Really good decision, Lyon is more relaxed than Paris, and I was surprised how clean it was and how good the restaurants are, and it it's not soo overcrowded by tourists as Paris. About the house: The house is really nice and matches the description. the home of really well equipped and has everything you need, and also a big plus in favor of other homes we stayed in, furniture, bed, kitchen, its all of high quality. Also the swimmingpool, and garden where clean and add a big plus to our stay. We traveled by car, and as the hosts says: you can walk for 10 min and take the metro, or you can also take the bus. it was clean, nicely airconditioned and is only 2 min walking from the house and drops you off in the city center. So to conclude: yes we were really happy to stay there and can advice you to rent it.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Olivier’s. From the moment we booked he was easy to contact , answered all our questions and was there when we arrived to show us where everything is and make sure we were happy. The Factory is charming . Very cleverly designed with everything you need and very private.. We stayed with our 2 grown up daughters and we were all very comfortable. The Factory has easy access to the old town of Lyon. Only a few mins walk to the furniculaire which takes you right into the old town. The Roman ruins and the Basilica are a 15-20 mins walk away. Olivier was sure to be on hand as we were leaving too. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Lyon. Thank you very much , Olivier!

We had a lovely stay at Alexia's. The place is rather peaceful, accessible and close to a lot of amenities. The house is superb with charm and well equipped. Alexia is a very good host, very welcoming and responsive, thank you for this stay!

Super Stay in Lyon-Villeurbanne! Must be even better in the summer with the garden a the pool. Anyway, very spacious house with well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Kitchen, dining and living is one big space equipped with floor heating...very cosy. One bathroom with bathtub and effective heating, second bathroom with shower (have not checked the heating). Caution with the private parking....will not fit any car, especially when opposite of entry another vehicle is parked. Friendly host and neighbour from across. Thanks for having us!

Very well-equipped house, very well-located to visit Lyon. Small pool very enjoyable after a day of sightseeing in the sun. The rooms are very large equipped with fans, sanitary facilities ok as well. Parking location in the enclosed courtyard is a plus. The outdoor spaces are very well appointed.Patricia is very responsive,easily reachable and has good advice .

Guillaume is an excellent host. Her beautiful and well-equipped house is quiet in the countryside in a very beautiful corner of the Monts du Lyonnais! I booked a room in his house the day before, in the evening. He responded right away. He welcomed us very warmly and was always ready to help us during our stay. Next door there are very nice mountain walks, with beautiful views. We were lucky enough to see a beautiful sea of clouds downstairs for a few days. I reorder fortément!
