Vacation rentals with breakfast in 18th arrondissement

This place is an absolute gem! The neighborhood is such an adorable area, with yummy cafes and local eatery. Every morning I started with fresh baked croissants and bread! Dale was so helpful and responsive to any questions I had, and recommended me amazing places which was so helpful! Even though it’s not located in central Paris, there is a nearby metro that can be easily navigated. Definitely a hidden gem of an Airbnb! You won’t regret it!

Great place! Tucked away from the city and the noise that went with it. It was very cozy. My family and I had a great stay. ☺️

Madalena was a wonderful host from the start. Before arriving, she always responded quickly to any questions. Once at her house, she was attentive to any need I might have, doing everything to make me feel at home. The house is fully equipped, with everything you might need. Very well decorated and very cozy. Very well located, a 10-minute walk from the train station and with buses 2 meters away. The area where it is located is very quiet and safe. Thank you Madalena for your hospitality!!!!

Everything was perfect, true to the photos. The hosts were very nice and we had a great weekend. It was just beautiful. And the place is perfect for a romantic evening with your partner.

Our stay went perfectly. We stayed 2 nights on a weekend to go to Disneyland. Location. Kantimathy was very responsive and attentive to ensuring that everything went smoothly. The accommodation is very large.

I had a great time at Anaïs's place, which perfectly reflects her personality: neat, welcoming and thoughtful for the well-being of her guests. We feel that she spares no effort to offer a quality experience and that her sense of detail matches her ambition. An invested and attentive host, whom I would recommend without hesitation!

Great location near a popular pedestrian street with many great restaurants. The building has an elevator and the terrace is a nice plus. Quiet and private, there’s an Alexa you can use (it’s in French but I was able to speak to it in English) and she provides wine, sparkling water, tea and coffee. Bridgette also was accommodating with checkin/checkout. And if you are lucky, you will meet her little dog who is super cute! Great place overall!

I have stayed for three weeks in Eva's place for a business trip. She is very kind, responsive, and helpful. I really like her place as it has everything I needed and also is very clean. I will stay at her place whenever I visit Paris. Thank you Eva for everything!

Nicolas's place was very cheerful and bright and was a great place to come home to after touring Paris each day. He was very helpful and flexible about our arrival time and had a map to help us get oriented to the neighborhood. Lots of bistros and shopping nearby. A lovely neighborhood to be based in for our visit.

We had a great week exploring Paris from Alexandre's place. The description is accurate. It is surprisingly quite area for being so close to great dining and shops. The building is old and as such sound does travel from other suites. We enjoyed wine on the balcony in the sun (nice that it gets afternoon sun). Bernard welcomed us and gave us some tips on some things to see and local recommendations were in the suite along with some welcome treats!. We would stay again without hesitation.

If you want to experience Le Marais, this is the place. Also, allows easy transportation to all that Paris has to offer. Great host that thought about pretty much everything. As described.

I feel very comfy at Alain’s place also the neighbourhood is very convenient to know the city, its closure to the metro it’s very helpful Alain is always there to help you and answer your messages really fast, the breakfast was very good, I highly recommend to stay with Alain

Everything was amazing, we had a beautiful stay. The location is perfect if you travel to/from Paris by train. And there are all the connections to other parts of the city from here. Anne-Claude and Pascal are amazing hosts, patient with our French (we wanted to practise with them) and having lots of tips for the city’s visit. Merci!

I already stayed at Margaret's place and felt straight away at home. Big room, big bathroom with bathtub, desk to work and garden view, a gem in the heart of Vincennes so close to Paris by M1. Highly recommend.

It was my second time staying in this B&B, earlier with my daughter, now with my husband and again it was extremely well liked. Extremely friendly people, nice clean room with lovely shower, tasty and extensive breakfast! Super flexible people! We could check in earlier and were allowed to leave our bags on the last day to pick them up before departure. Really nice! By metro, you can reach all the sights in Paris within half an hour and Notre-Dame can even be reached by a kilometer or 4 (40 minutes). Close to the B&B is the large shopping center Italie Deux on Place d'Italie. And there are nice boulangeries nearby and on Fridays and Sundays there is a large fresh market around the corner. This is a perfect place with a great location, room amenities, and Catherine's kind hospitality. I had a problem at Gare du Nord and my check-in was delayed until night, but she was very caring and welcomed me kindly. The location is in a quiet residential area and it takes only about 10 minutes to Montparnasse, making it very convenient for trips to the suburbs or sightseeing around Paris. The room is very clean, spacious enough, and had stylish lighting and interior design. Catherine is very friendly and caring about many things. she prepared a hotel-quality breakfast every morning. This Airbnb stay became a very nice memory for us.
