Vacation rentals in Ussaramanna

Davide was a great host, he was really helpful and was quick to respond to our questions. He gave us loads of good advice before we arrived at the villa. We arrived late at night and we had asked if it would be possible for Davide to buy us some food bits as all supermarkets were shut, he obliged and it was a great help for us. The villa is beautiful, the view is stunning and it feels homely. A car is required if you wish to explore the beaches. The villa is positioned only 30 minutes from Cagliari airport and 30 minutes from Villasimius which was ideal for us. The area is very peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and respectful quiet neighbours.

a car is highly recommended here, as Castiadas has no shops, more hotels, holiday homes, the house, the garden and the terrace are great, in mid-October still 28grd air, the sea had 23grd, this and beach great, nice for snorkeling with Neopr., good area by bike, to explore on foot. The driveway with a van was very narrow, only feasible with help, we felt very comfortable, we will be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely home, hosted by Jonathan. The space was as described and honestly better in person. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good mattresses and linens, the kitchen has everything and more you could need for preparing meals. The beach equipment and towels was an added bonus. As everyone else has mentioned, the view from the balcony and primary bedroom are simply stunning. The village is so quiet and it makes the perfect place for a quiet retreat and to explore the many amazing beaches and local are which are within easy reach with a car. Jonathan was always super responsive and had great local recommendations, his website with a ton of information was also super helpful. We would certainly love to return, this has to be one our favourite stays and suited our family of four perfectly.

Gianpietro was a very nice host, we had contact via chat. The house is as in the photos, also very well furnished and very clean! It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beautiful beach. With the wheels available in the house, you can also reach other bays. The location of the house allowed us to explore the west coast very well by car for 10 days. Everything was really so nice overall that we would have liked to have stayed longer. Thanks again to Gianpietro! It was incredibly beautiful! Simply excellent: superb villa, spacious, well-equipped. Completely as described. Super responsive hosts. We had a perfect week. 8 minutes maximum walk to the beach, 10 minutes drive to the beautiful Poetto beach and 30 minutes to the center of Cagliari (car very useful for visiting the surroundings). We had a wonderful week with our three (small) children in Claire's house. For us as a family, the house with the small pool was absolutely perfect. The kitchen is superbly equipped, nothing is missing and even olive oil and dishwasher tabs, as well as soap and dish towels were available in sufficient quantity. Towels as well as bath towels and beach towels are provided and you do not have to unnecessarily drag them from home. The children loved the pool and the beaches, which are in the immediate vicinity (easily accessible on foot or by car), were absolutely recommended. Francesco, who took care of all our needs during our stay, is an incredibly likeable and helpful person. He was right there for all problems and provided us with additional tips on what we could do with the children. We will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely holiday. The pools are fantastically beautiful. However, we have to be quite honest, if we had not been there with friends who lived in the villa, it would have been a bit difficult in part. The seating in front of the pool house is available but very hot until the evening. Kitchen is available with everything you need but with a very very small work surface which makes it very difficult to cook. That was not a problem for us as we spent most of the time at the villa. We had chosen these cottages because the description said there is the villa and the pool house, but the pool house is a semi-detached house that is also inhabited. On the premises itself there are other cottages and there is a kiosk and another pool (which is fantastic) But there are also day guests on the property. All this is just for your information. Despite everything, we had a great stay.
