Merci pour cet accueil chaleureux et flexible. Fernando et Martina ont tout mis en œuvre pour que notre séjour soit une réussite. Toujours disponibles et réactifs, ils ont répondu immédiatement à toutes nos demandes. Leur gentillesse et leur serviabilité ont vraiment fait la différence, rendant notre séjour encore plus agréable. La maison correspond parfaitement à l'annonce, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et des espaces très calmes dans le jardin pour se détendre. La propreté de la maison est irréprochable. À notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec un panier garni de produits et des bouteilles d'eau fraîche, un geste très apprécié. La maison est un peu excentrée, mais reste proche de tout : restaurants, mer, supermarchés, etc. Une voiture est fortement recommandée ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans ce logement où nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Un grand merci à Fernando et Martina pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil exceptionnel.

Valió la pena este hospedaje, a dos cuadras de una playa paradisíaca. No necesitas agarrar el auto. Descansamos como nunca, no entraba una gota de luz y el silencio del barrio era único. La comodidad del apartamento cerca de la playa lo vale. Tiene una galería la cual usábamos todos los medios días para almorzar. La casa bien equipada y por sobre todo limpia. El colchón de la cama muy cómodo. Veronica súper comunicativa y siempre al pie del cañón para cualquier inquietud

Die Unterkunft ist genau so, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Vor allem die Dachterrasse ist klasse um dort einen Aperitif bei einem Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Giuseppe ist super freundlich, reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten und gibt tolle Tipps. Auch waren sowohl Check-in als auch Check-out sehr flexibel. Von der Unterkunft sind größere Städte wie Lecce oder Otranto und schöne Strände mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

They were friendly, nearby and came and cleaned and laundered every Friday of our month long stay. We were really happy with the location which was very near Oronzo square with all its great places to eat and hang out. Walking distance to everything including the train stain.

An open balcony features a white table and chairs, with vibrant flowering plants surrounding the area. The clear blue sea is visible beyond, complemented by a bright sky. The space is illuminated by natural light through large glass doors.

This was a wonderful place for my family to have a vacation. It was 5 minutes walk to jumping in the beautiful Ionian Sea! Sandro and his wife were just the best local hosts. We went to Sandro’s restaurant Bar Eden in Patu and he treated us so well! The food was fresh and delicious and made with such love and care with veggies from his garden out back. The only issue was the Wi-Fi wasn’t great but apparently they were working on it in neighborhood on and off. The view from the house is spectacular, we went kayaking one day and it was fabulous! I highly recommend this house, location and host. Really spectacular - a vacation and memories I will always hold dear. Thank you Sandro!

How refreshing to have the owner personally greet you and escort you into their apartment. Pride of ownership was evident and their sharing their painstaking restoration of this historical property made our stay so much more significant and meaningful. The detail, the amenities and furnishings were truly well thought out as if the apartment was their residence. Location was perfect within a short walk to all the sites, restaurants and nightlife that Lecce has to offer. It’s truly a unique opportunity to share and experience a part of history staying here. No detail was overlooked and this made for a most memorable experience.

We loved staying at Casa Della Controra! We were six friends from different parts of the world staying in Puglia together for few days. After we did the reservation we realized there was only one bathroom but actually it was not an issue for us as we are all good friends, very flexible, accommodating and considerate. The communication with Elena was superb as she was always responsive to any questions we had. Grazie Elena!

La struttura è fatta molto bene, la vista spettacolare. Se volete vivere lo splendido giardino munitevi di repellenti per zanzare. La posizione è ottima per esplorare il Salento, a pochi minuti dalle più belle spiagge, da Nardò e Gallipoli. Tornando nel Salento alloggerei sicuramente da Vincenzo

What a lovely time we had! Emanuele (son of Tomasso) and his family have set up an experience unlike any other. Firstly, the B&B has everything, the room is clean and there is a nice patio for lunch and dinner to make full use of the southern Italian weather. The shared outside area is very big, with a nice swimming pool and lounge area. It also offers a big outside kitchen, perfect for bigger groups. But it remains intimate for couples as well. The stay will remain with us forever because of the kindness of Emanuele and his family though. When you stay, nothing is to much and they create an amazing experience. The B&B has its own winery, bee hives and different fruit trees, so almost all breakfast is homemade and fresh. I could continue endlessly with praises, but i just want to thank the family for everything and recommend this place highly.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits à Lecce dans le bel appartement de Luigi et de sa femme qui nous ont accueillis chaleureusement. Luigi est venu nous chercher en voiture au parking (et nous a ramené) ce qui était bien pratique avec les enfants et les valises, et sa femme nous attendait a l’appartement. Nous avons eu un super panier avec plein de gourmandises et tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner, rien n’a été oublié. Ce fut très appréciable, encore merci! L’appartement est parfaitement situé, on ne peut pas faire mieux pour profiter de Lecce qui est une ville magnifique! Il y a pleins de bons restaurants autour.

To już był nasz kolejny pobyt u Marco i jak poprzednio świetny, dlatego też wróciliśmy! Bardzo dobra komunikacja, otrzymaliśmy polecenia ciekawych miejsc. Samo mieszkanie w bardzo dobrej, spokojnej lokalizacji, zgodne z opisem, świetny taras na dachu. Jeśli będziemy w okolicach, na pewno wrócimy!

Andrea and his wife Roberta, are two of the nicest people I have met in while in Lecce. Their place was perfect for me being a solo traveler. Great rain shower and comfy bed! Wide variety of breakfast pastries, in addition to fruits, meat and cheese. The Airbnb is conveniently located and within walking distance to many historic sites and great local restaurants. Andrea gave me many restaurant locations to choose from that were their favorites! Having rented a car on my holiday and having free parking directly in front of their place was ideal. Highly recommend their place for solo traveler or a couple of visiting Lecce!
