Flamingo International College (FIC) was established in 1996 as a private institute of higher education. It is located within the Hotel Flamingo Resort KL which is short drive from Kuala Lumpur city centre. The institute overlooks a scenic lake set amidst greenery which provides a tranquil environment. FIC is housed in the second floor of the Flamingo Plaza on the Middle Ring Road KL. It is nearby to inter-changes which connect into the Malaysian national highway network.
