Authentic residence , close to the Bay of Somme , in a quiet & peaceful place. Claire , Arno and Corinne were very responsive , and extremely flexible on schedules! Many thanks to them. The house is amazing internally , a place steeped in history , with a beautiful living room. Very clean , very functional , and very spacious house , internally and externally.

We stayed a few days for a loved one's birthday. We were 10 people staying with Jacques. Everyone enjoyed the setting and space. Jacques is a very warm and welcoming host. Everything was perfect. We recommend without hesitation.

Villa Monette is spacious, nice and conveniently located near the beach and the center. The bedrooms have quality bedding. Very quiet neighborhood. Street parking spaces. Good thing: the garden is enclosed and there is a pleasant veranda. Julie is very nice and very communicative.

Charming little tastefully renovated house. Everything was clean, functional and thoughtful. All the necessary equipment is there. It feels like a home. Very nice large garden. A big thank you for the warm welcome, responsiveness and flexibility of the hosts! We had a quiet and relaxing stay. The place was as described and comfortable. Perfect for our family of 4, a perfectly equipped kitchen for cooking, and the best part of the stay was being able to bring our dog and cat. I warmly recommend this listing for a stay in Arras. Its ideal location, in the immediate vicinity of the Grand Place, makes it easy to walk to all points of interest. We were able to leave the car in the parking lot and do all our walking tours with our two year old child. The accommodation is extremely convenient for families, with all the necessary equipment: crib, highchair, potty and bathtub. The comfort of the bed, the cleanliness of the place, and the availability of the host contribute to the perfection of the stay. Feel free to book, you won't be disappointed.

Philippe and his son are very pleasant and helpful hosts, they helped us with our luggage on arrival and departure, they told us about the surroundings and things to do or see. We spent almost two weeks in this accommodation one minute from the beach and refurbished, well appointed and equipped, washing machine, dishwasher, pleasant bedding and especially a balcony overlooking the beach. I highly recommend this place and will choose it myself for our next vacation in Fort Mahon.

The view is breathtaking, certainly.... The amenities of the accommodation are of quality. Anne-Françoise is responsive, the communication, the instructions are very clear and pleasant. Nevertheless, the residence is aging, and would need good maintenance of the exteriors. During our stay, there was a leak - following a rain - at the entrance hall, close to the accommodation; We feared a collapse of the ceiling, not to mention the smell of humidity that emanated. A little unpleasant, but beyond the control of Anne Françoise of course. And the surprising and fun visit of the frogs that go well with the leak! The apartment is located a 20-30 minute walk from the city center, and the first local shops (bakery, fishmonger...), it is at the end of the dike that comes from the city center. A shopping cart can be helpful, if like me, you like to shop on foot. A stay that was enjoyable.

Serge is a very welcoming host! The accommodation has a neat decor and all the necessary equipment. The lake view is a real "plus", the beaches are close by and the residence is family-friendly with all the necessary services (supermarket, restaurant, bike rental...) We'll be back soon!

We had a great time in Christine's dune hut. The apartment is very bright, well-equipped, comfortable. Christine was flexible and responsive to all our questions. The directions were very clear. This is a great place to disconnect and rest. We'll be back!

Séverine welcomed us very warmly and was very good tips for walks to do nearby. The place was as advertised, clean and functional. A small downside nevertheless, although very well located, there is no free parking space near the accommodation. The first ones are more than 600m away.
