Incredibly great view from the balcony. Alex the cat, who is the property manager, comes by regularly to check on his guests. He likes to paid in treats for his service. Yurga is a funny and helpful person. If you are a light sleeper you should bring earplugs as the fridge makes a lot of noise at night. Otherwise everything was great! Thank you very much!

Wir haben unseren 1 wöchigen Aufenthalt in vollsten Zügen genossen. Manolis und seine Mutter waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns tolle Strände und Restaurants empfohlen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Wir hatten ein Mietauto und konnten somit alles schnell erreichen. Es gibt direkt an der Straße einen Supermarkt und vor der Unterkunft ein süßes Cafémit sehr gutem Kaffee. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine die man benutzen kann.Das Bett war auch sehr bequem. Jedes Appartement hat eine Sitzmöglichkeit vor der Tür und es gibt eine riesige Dachterrasse von wo aus man den Sonnenaufgang genießen kann. Alles ist sehr liebevoll hergerichtet. Manolis Mutter bietet sogar jeden Morgen selbstgemachte Leckereien an und frisch gepressten O-saft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden definitiv wiederkommen! Freuen uns jetzt schon! We booked one of the luxurious houses, “Thalia”, for a week this summer. It was a fantastic house holding all the modern fasciitis you can ask for. The view was excellent overlooking the ocean from the mountainside where the house is located. The first evenings the very friendly host came by giving us small presents - home baked cake, olive oil, raki and homemade soap. We were 6 persons who stayed there, and everyone of us loved it. You need a car to get to the nearest shops or restaurants. We highly recommend staying in one of the Katalis’ houses.

What a magical place you have Dimitris. The villa situated just on the edge of a local village and provided all the seclusion and peacefulness that we were searching for. We noticed how much attention to detail Dimitris had put in the villa. The villa was super clean and had all the amenities that we would need for our stay. Dimitris had thought of everything, including some of his father’s local wine and olive oil to help us enjoy our stay. It was after waking up on that first morning, looking across the stunning swimming pool, over the valley and up to the m ountains that we knew we had made the right choice. We had the peace, ambience and would get the relaxation that we were after. We did not need to go anywhere else. Dimitris was always on hand to help and provide recommendations in the local area if required. Our week ended with only one thought, “we have to come back!”, if only to taste some of your mother’s pies again. Thank you.

The villa is lovely and has everything you need for a holiday. Clean and well maintained. There was extra cleaning during the week. Great view of the sea and the mountains. The cars passing on the main road, which is 100m below the villa, create a slight noise, but it is not unbearable. Maria is a great host and despite the late evening time of arrival she was waiting for us with a smile. She took care of us all the time and gave us valuable advice. There was a problem with the dishwasher, which was fixed the next day as soon as I informed Maria. We had a great week and would come back again.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft in Chania sehr zufrieden. Besonders gefallen hat uns das moderne Badezimmer, das wirklich schön gestaltet war. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war der eigene Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, der perfekt gelegen und sogar überdacht war, sodass unser Auto nie zu heiß wurde. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich, und der drehbare Fernseher ermöglichte uns, ihn sowohl vom Bett als auch von der Couch aus zu nutzen – sehr praktisch! Die Wohnung war insgesamt geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten problemlos kochen, da alles vorhanden war, was wir brauchten, einschließlich Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Die Eingangstür war stark gesichert, was uns ein sicheres Gefühl gab. Mit dem Mietwagen waren wir immer schnell an unserem Ziel, da die Lage sehr zentral war. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a great stay at Katerina’s. She was very responsive and helpful, and her husband George gave us some great recommendations. The apartment is comfortable and clean, and the view is stunning. We didn’t love taking our rubbish to the on street bins, as we were 5 people in a small car with stinky trash bags and the closest bin is quite a long walk. But we would still recommend and would be happy to stay again.

Très bel appartement situé non loin du centre ville. propreté et confort au RDV. Je recommande ce logement 👍
