Bersih. - Semua peralatan berfungsi baik (kettle, kulkas, lampu, shower, hot water, bed, amenities, tv, etc) - Banyak gantungan pakaian - Ada coffee, tea, aqua, tissue, dll - View 360°, verry pretty from 23rd floor. - easy access kemana aja dalam kota.walking distance / dekat kota lama, semawis, pasar2 tradisional, mall dll. Cons : - Pintu ke teras terkunci - pool area tidak terawat. Agak menyeramkan. tapi kolam renang sendiri bersih , infinity pool bisa lihat laut Jawa. thank you host. tempatnya menyenangkan. will stay at yours again. See you next time.

I stayed at Suryandari's place with my family (9 of us including 3 children). The house is suitable for us with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms which accommodate our needs. Dian the housekeeper welcomed us with black coffee and hot tea, a very nice touch. The house is located not far from the city center (especially because we have our car with us), and we love the quiet and peaceful neighborhood. If you need something from a convenience store, you can just walk or use gojek order, which is very convenient. If you travel with a big group of family members, this is the right place to stay.

rumah bagus, lengkap dan nyaman. AC dingin, air panas bagus, ada mesin cuci, ada jemuran. ada meja makan dg kursi kursi makan, ini sangat menyenangkan. hanya sayang rumah berada di jalan agak kecil, dan tetangga sekitar parkir mobil dijalan, membuat keluar masuk kendaraan agak sedikit perlu usaha. selebihnya semua bagus, pemilik ramah dan staff ramah. sangat membantu. untuk rumah sangat menyenangkan.

We stayed here for 16 nights and absolutely loved it! Every room have aircon so its very comfortable knowing Semarang weather can be very hot and humid. We ran out of gas in the kitchen to cook, and one of the owner's staff come to check in less than 1 minute since they live close by which is very helpful. Parents need to bring mosquitos lotion with them as there are quite a lot of mozzies. Very easy to get to everywhere. There are cafe and restaurant nearby. We will coming back here if we ever visit Semarang again. Thank you 🙏

mba Arifani pro aktif soal fasilitas, cek-in/out dan akses di sekitar unit ambil kunci lanjut akses lift ke lantai unit dgn kartu chip yg sangat peka dengan GEM masuk kamar, sangat rapi dan terkesan baru, kasur sorong bahkan diplastik wkkwkw tersedia air hangat shower, mesin cuci mini dan meja lipat untuk meletakkan laptop dll akses internet wifi dan GSM lancar tersedia cemilan berikut air mineral botol kemasan 1,5 liter, beberapa sachet minuman dan teh celup kedap suara ruangan juga baik, suara suara bising teredam spot kuliner dan jajan banyak, dua toko indomaret bersaing di bawah, resto minang, klaten, suroboyoan hingga warung kekinian spt kopi dan jus juga bertebar di sepanjang jalan yg senang lari bisa ke arah kampus, meski naik turun perbukitan tetap nyaman dan aman dari lalu lalang kendaraan usul: bisa sediakan ketel air elektrik agar tamu berumur spt saya ga keliru pakai wadah masak di kompor induksi (maafkan ya mba...)

Pertama kali memesan Airbnb di Kota saya sendiri untuk teman saya yang datang dari jauh dan berbanyak orang. Perlengkapan disini banyak, berikut wajan dan gelas-gelasnya pun banyak. Jarak dari bandara relatif dekat dan tidak bising, namun tidak jauh dari jalan utama. Terdapat wahana kecil untuk anak-anak dan balita bermain seperti perosotan dan jungkat-jungkit. Yang paling menyenangkan, parkirannya bisa muat 3 mobil dan terdapat kolam ikan didalam rumahnya. Membuat sejuk dan nyaman.

The room is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures. It’s in a hotel building with swimming pool on the rooftop. We didn’t use the pool but the night view is amazing. Room is nice and tidy. Host replies quickly and very helpful. Recommend.
