The site is amazing and close to everything, close to many sights, it has markets and pharmacies nearby. The house is just like in the listing, it has everything you need for good lodging! Cristian was a great host, always responding quickly and doing everything to help us! I highly recommend it to everyone! We stayed 11 days and it was all amazing, just thank Cristian!

Juan is an exceptional host. Very communicative, deeply cares about your experience, and is overall a great person. The location of the facility is awesome and truly in the heart of everything. I highly recommend this location if you don’t want to have a car and you want to have access to fast public transportation. If you do need a car a car is across the street and actually there are multiple car rental places around the area as well. There is access to two grocery stores. There is a gym next to the grocery store. Across the street is probably the best rooftop bar one could ask for and I searched for all of them and Santiago. The place itself is very comfortable and relatively clean. I highly recommend this place and it will be a must stay for me so please give him your business but not so much business where I can’t stay at this place .

Absolutely loved staying here - the location is perfect to explore town and is close to the airport bus. Tomas was super responsive and helpful, gave us local recommendations and accommodated some special requests. The apartment has a beautiful view of the city and mountains, and is very clean. Strong wifi, comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this spot - no complaints! I only wish we could have stayed longer.

The stay at Ivan's apartment was excellent. Wonderful location, close to restaurants, metro, buses and at the same time very quiet and quiet. The apartment was very well equipped in both the linens and the kitchen. Surely we will recommend it to other people who want to get to know Santiago!

Everything was fine but can be hot inside in the summer

The house matches the photos, very nice and nice. Wide kitchen and lots of utensils. We celebrated my niece's birthday and everything was perfect, camilo and sebastian were very friendly and flexible with the schedule. Recommended the house, spacious its rooms and we felt right at home.

Very cozy house, had all the comforts and even more than I expected to have a good stay, air conditioning in excellent condition in each piece, large kitchen so as not to interfere between guests, spacious bathroom and good location. Daniela was always available with good communication for weeks prior to our arrival. I will stay at her house again whenever I find her available.

This was our 1st trip to Chile and we feel so lucky to book this property for so many reasons. We are in love with Chile. Claudia Alejandra and her property are definitely reasons among other. She is a great person, very humble, always ready to help. She is very quick to respond to all our questions with great recommendations everytime which we found very helpful. On the day of our check-in, she greeted us at the gate, served us freshly made lemonade and gave a tour of the house. The property is very beautiful with so many details, characters and has plenty of space to accommodate our group. The front yard has multiple hammocks to enjoy. I am so happy we agreed to let Claudia stay in the basement as she remained a great resource throughout our trip to make it very comfortable, enjoyable. All her shopping recommendations are great i.e. Mozart bakery, Peublito los dominicos just to name few. Her fur babies are adorable. I would book this property again and highly recommend to everyone.

Perfect little paradise inside the big city Santiago. The neighbourhood is very chill, with good placed to hangout even do the appartement is good place to read a book at there Garden. The interior has a great atmosphere, lovely bed and good bathroom. Really everything what you need. We would like to come back again for sure.

Very comfortable accommodation, I recommend for a holiday stay, it's all very quiet, the sector was also very friendly. The metro is close and the paraderos were close. It was very quiet to sleep and the apartment is comfortable for two people. The apartment was nice and compliant with everything that appears in the description.

“Just like home”. From the reception where they always treated us with a smile (extra points to the morning/afternoon receptionist, very kind). The apartment has an elevator, perfect for our arrival after walking a lot, extra points for the space they have to recycle. The apartment is very bright, clean and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We were very comfortable. Very well equipped bathroom and kitchen to do your things. The balcony has a very good view. Nice and quiet neighbors. The area has a mini market and places to eat (fast food) and best of all, an 8/10 minute walk from the Movistar Arena/Fantasilandia, which is what we needed nearby for the concerts. Thank you Makarena for the good service and prompt response.
