Me and my wife had a wonderful stay at Lucrezia’s place, which offers a perfect blend of country charm just outside Florence. It’s conveniently located for a quick drive or train into the city whenever needed. The accommodations are both relaxing and comfortable, with everything you need to prepare meals at home. Lucrezia also recommended a fantastic local restaurant that exceeded my expectations. The property’s location is ideal, and I definatly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

We have nothing but amazing things to say about Casa Bada! It is a true gem and perfect spot to enjoy Tuscany. Suzy and her family are wonderful hosts. We enjoyed the most amazing gourmet four-course meal. It was the best meal we had during our two week stay in Italy. Highly recommend you book a meal while staying here. The view from the Airbnb is more beautiful than a postcard. We loved sitting outside and taking in the breathtaking views, even around Christmas time (the fireplace inside is the perfect spot to warm up). We stayed as four adults and a toddler, they provided a crib, toys and high chair which was so appreciated. It was a good size for all of us. We’re already planning our next visit!

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the home of Alessandro and Emiliano in Florence. The house is simply charming, with every detail carefully thought out – from antique pieces to tasteful touches that make every corner special. The view of the valley is stunning, a spectacle aside, and it's really worth enjoying this unique place. What made the experience even more memorable was the hospitality of the hosts. Alessandro and Emiliano were exceptional – attentive, available and extremely helpful, taking care of every detail so that we could feel at home. It is rare to find such dedicated and welcoming hosts. Undoubtedly, we will recommend this house to all our friends, and we are already looking forward to returning on an upcoming visit to Florence. Highest note for the home, for the experience, and especially for hosts! Thank you so much!

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

Caterina was very helpful, the place is large and lovely. The location was perfect and a car park was a bonus. The Unesco driving is a little difficult to understand on arrival and you really need to look this up prior to arrival to avoid a fine. Caterina is a lovely host and we would come back again. Full of praise for both Nicola the host and his apartment. Nicola met us at the apartment and helped us bring the bags in. The apartment was spotless and welcoming with all the amenities needed to make it feel like a home. . Nicola was genuinely invested in ensuring our stay in Florence was rewarding and enjoyable. This was among the top places we've stayed. The apartment had a great layout and was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Checking in and out was easy, the host was super friendly, the kitchen was well equipped, and there were even treats waiting for us when we arrived! The location just outside the city walls was great - quiet but easy to walk to everything. We also took advantage of the public spring water tap at the end of the block... the regular tap water is fine, but that water was delicious.

Staying here is a no brainer! I studied abroad in Florence so when returning I knew I wanted to be close to the Duomo. Mimma’s place is the absolute perfect location. You can walk everywhere. It was only about 10 minutes from every major landmark. Mimma’s instructions on check in were super clear and helpful! If you are going to Florence, this is a must stay place for you!

I stayed there over New Year's Eve and felt very comfortable. The flat seemed very clean and more elegant than in the photos. The small balcony is probably very nice in summer. Hosts are easy to reach. What I didn't like so much were the mosquitoes in the flat. The neighbours could be heard from time to time, but fortunately not at night. Apart from that, I was satisfied.

Great location with plenty of space for family of 4. Minutes to the heart of Bologna. Host helped us arrange parking as well since we were in a rental car.

My fiancée and I stayed at Vanni’s place for just under one week - we had a great stay. We had to work for two of those days and the wifi connection was good, and there was plenty of space for us both to work from separate parts of the apartment. Vanni was very responsive and the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Great area to get around Florence and visit historic monuments and walkable distance to some great restaurants.

Francesca takes pride in her apartment. She lives next door, too. The apartment is well outfitted. The washer_dryer is a great addition. the walk-in shower is terrific. There is a loose outlet in the bathroom. what a great kitchen with great finishes. The appliances are all in excellent condition and clean; even a toaster. There are potholders, plastic wrap, foil. Francesca has done a great job as host.

The accommodation is very nice, very special with a very nice small terrace. Located near the station and also close to the sea. Viareggio is a beautiful town full of life. We were very lucky to find this apartment at an honest price. The owners were very kind and patient, we really appreciate them. The apartment is in a very central area, very close to the Duomo! You arrive walking in just 10 minutes and the walk is very nice. About the experience, Antonino and Yuri were on the lookout for our stay all the time. After meeting Florence, the rest is very important, for this I want to highlight that the mattresses are very good to have a restful sleep. About the shower, the pressure and the temperature are excellent. From my point of view, when you travel it is incredible to find good mattresses and good shower in one place so thank you for that. The depa is equipped with necessities. Good value for the price and quality.

Perfect location to be in the heart of Florence.

Lorena is a very considerate host! Received us with great affection, allowed the early check in, always responded to us quickly. The apartment is well located, near the Duomo, with several restaurants around, including I recommend the restaurants located on the same street of the building, the two nearest. Clean apartment, clean bed linen and all comfortable! It was a great stay! Highly recommend!
