This was our second time staying here, and once again, we absolutely loved it! It's the perfect place to disconnect from the hustle and reconnect with nature. Peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by beauty—every moment feels like a breath of fresh air. It's also a great base to explore the stunning Karangahake Gorge and charming Waihi. Fantastic location with 3 children aged 5, 3 & 2 - neighbourhood green space & through to school with best playgrounds. House was very spacious, kitchen extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need including herbs & spices. Nice bathrooms, great shower pressure. One small thing, cleaners to check under beds, we found a couple of bottles & very dusty under couches when checking for any lost toys. We had a great stay & loved the house!

Mark’s AirBnB is an experience rather than a stay. Is a combination of coastal rural Nz right on the doorstep (short boat ride away) from a bustling town Raglan where there are 5 star restaurants, super markets and everything you would need or expect. And the accomodation itself is nestled on a cliff top with 180 views of the harbour and if Raglan. Private, the feeling of seclusion and neighbour free - the best of both worlds made better by a host that balances your needs with respectful distance. Make a pizza in the wood fired oven and then warm your bones in the spa boat and arching the harbour u til the sun melts away listening to birds evening song. We can’t wait to head back and hopefully catch the big uncle of the 12 lb snapper we caught in the raglan harbour!!! Outstanding place.

Bow Street Studios was the perfect spot for our one night stay in Raglan. Tucked away at the bottom of the main street it was perfectly placed for a short walk for a potter in the lovely independent shops, or to have food at one of the delicious restaurants. The accommodation was clean and cosy, with lovely outside space and balcony. Wished we could have stayed longer.

We loved our time here. Sharlene was helpful and we had no problems finding the house or while we were there The kitchen was supplied with so many extras including basic food items and cooking equipment etc. All the bedrooms were super comfortable and overall we felt totally at home. A special family time for us all. It rained the whole time we were there but we embraced the quiet and loved the bird life. A family of Tuis in the enormous Puriri tree kept us entertained! I would totally recommend to anyone.

AMAZING. The whole experience was perfect for us. Had all the comforts of home away from home. Even the same ecosa beds! smoothie maker, coffee machine. A sanctuary on the edge of the bush in a rural setting, but close enough to town & surf. Great local bush track. Epic views. There was a lot of thoughtful attention to detail around the place, that was noticed and appreciated. Thanks so much Richard!

We had another great stay at this little hidden gem. This was our second time staying at Wayne and Kim’s little apartment and we were not disappointed. It was super super clean, well presented and full of little surprises . . . A bowl of fresh fruit, several different flavours of coffee pods and a bathroom drawer full of essentials were just a few of the personal touches that awaits you . . . A secluded spot with a really comfy bed . . . We couldn’t ask for more . . . 110% recommended

Jessica's place was amazing, loved the outdoor space to sit after a busy day with a beer. Easy couple of minutes stroll to the town & beach which is absolutely amazing. Very clean, very comfortable beds, great shower. Would definitely recommend to a friend and come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Raglan staying at the ‘character bungalow in the village’. We especially enjoyed the convenience of being so close to Raglan village, a gorgeous little surf town, with it’s lovely shops, surf board rentals, great food/restaurants and cafe’s. One street back from the Raglan harbour. We all loved the lovely views walking back along the boardwalk from town. Also only short drive to the black sand surf beaches. The early 20th century bungalow has been beautifully maintained and updated while respecting the architecture of the home. Even a lovely antique phone in the hallway. The beds were really comfortable and everything in the house was well maintained and clean. Pina and Philip were excellent communicators. We thoroughly enjoyed our pre Christmas visit. Thankyou for a memorable stay. We would definitely stay again!

A beautiful place to stay, comfortable, Cheryl was a responsive host, leant us beach/ camp chairs for our visit. The photos don't do the house or surroundings justice, it's a wonderful place to stay. Great neighbourhood, the view of the bay changes all the time , with the tide and the weather, my favourite time of day was at the top of the tide when there was no wind and the bay was like a mirror. Lots to explore , beaches, waterfalls, swimming holes, thermal pools, mountains, gorges. We want to return in 2026, still so many places to explore.

Our family loved staying at Heemi's home for a short holiday and to move our son into University. The house was clean, comfortable and clutter free, with high-quality furniture, a lovely kitchen and comfortable beds. The number of bedrooms (4), toilets (2) and showers (2) made it perfect for our family of 5. The house layout is excellent with bedrooms separated from the living areas. Excellent off-street parking. Only a short drive up the road to Hamilton City itself for shops/places to eat. Heemi was very responsive to messages and helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you Heemi!

The most beautiful place to stay. The views were incredible and did not disappoint. It was the perfect start to our trip to New Zealand. The location was also quick drive to the Wharf and Bakery. Very convenient location for visiting our family. There was also plenty of room for our extended family to stay together. We also had plenty of hot water for everyone. A taste of Tuscany in Newstead is all we can say!! Great indoor outdoor flow with all the amenities to keep people active and engaged. The tennis court provided entertainment and controversy while the spa and pool provided relaxation and ambiance. The complementary bubbles received on arrival was well needed after a long trip with a talkative passenger. Great entertainment facilities and loved the touch of country surroundings, would stay again.
