Ms.Nicole's 2 units in the 6th and 12th floors exceeded our expectations. very clean , well presented, complete in amenities and private and relaxing...the units presented online were exactly as they were when we arrived. Shore was luxurious and very secured and private..the lobby was to die for and Nicole's units are equally very modern, clean and cozy .. we have recommended the units to our friends and co workers and we will surely try to secure the same spots next time. thank you Ms.Nicome, Ms.Marivic. and the crew for guiding us and for the quick responses.gooday mates...well done.from Australia.

This place is really commuter friendly. From MRT3, you can walk to this place since the path is walkable/inside the mall. We were pleasantly surprised about the location because it's near soo much restaurants and establishments. Also walking distance from Farmers Mall, Gateway Mall, Cubao Expo and Araneta Coliseum so if you are looking for a place to stay because you're watching a concert, this is the place. The airbnb is clean, and the host also provided water! No notes on the room, it feels cozy. Check-in is also smooth. The guard and receptionist are really friendly and welcoming. Will definitely come back here.

Convenient location since there’s a cafe, resto and 7-11 na sa baba ng building and walking distance lang Tomas Morato. Clean and nice for photoshoot yung unit. Suggest ko lang to have a firmer mattress sana for medyo oldies like us. 😅 Overall, we had a nice stay at Diana’s place. Super responsive host and mabait din pati building staff.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Toshi/Maricar’s condo unit, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The space is not only clean and well-maintained but also thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. The unit is tastefully decorated, with modern furnishings and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials I needed for our stay. I also appreciated the strong Wi-Fi connection, which made it easy to work and stay connected during my time there. One of the highlights of the unit is its excellent location. It’s conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Maricar was also an exceptional host—very responsive.

MEP is very responsive and accommodating to all our inquiries. The place is exactly how it is in the picture. The interior is nice and it exudes a cool vibe. The appliances are complete and the CR is very spacious. My balikbayan sister who stayed in the unit for a month is very thankful.

I did not expect that the room would be spacious. What you see is what you get. The area around is walkable and is not far to the places that I went during my trip. The bed was comfortable to the point that I had good sleep (very helpful as I attended multiple gigs/concerts every night during my trip). The internet is definitely fast to my standards, there were no problems during my late nite Netflix/YouTube binge watching. Kudos to Gail as she was really fast in replying to my concerns during my stay and I felt just right at home because of it.

It was a very pleasant stay. Everything is perfectly organized, the owner is very friendly and responds immediately. The apartment is in top condition, and you feel a bit like being in a hotel. There are cooking possibilities, the balcony is very large, and the LRT is right in front of the building, so you can quickly travel around Manila. Always happy to return.

The place was clean. Loved the convertible sofa and the large TV with Govee TV backlight. Close to Makati CBD and have lots of great restaurants nearby. Check-in was smooth with the keypad lock. Jeff was very responsive as well when the keypad lock ran out of batteries and promptly replaced it. Will stay here again!

I was honestly worried at first—worried that I might not want to leave! Patrick Jayson’s Airbnb in Timog exceeded all expectations. The location? Almost too convenient. With Tomas Morato just a stone’s throw away, restaurants, ATMs, and convenience stores were practically everywhere, making it dangerously easy to indulge. And the host? Unbelievably accommodating. He let us check in early and check out late, which felt almost too generous. Not to mention, he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a hassle-free and comfortable place in QC, this is definitely the one.
