Everything thing was great

Despite the good location, excellent reviews that convinced me to book, my experience was disappointing. The apartment was not properly cleaned, with hair found in several areas. The AC did not cool properly despite lowering the thermostat and seemed restricted to a preset temperature, giving the impression that cooling may be limited to reduce consumption. The bathroom bidet was leaking, which I fixed myself without complaining. Only one parking space is provided; with two cars, I had to use paid parking at around AED 6/hour. The apartment is on the 59th floor with only 3 elevators, causing very long waits, especially during checkout. Most disappointing was the host: extremely rigid, dry and inflexible. Communication felt like dealing with a robot rather than a person. I overlooked these issues to enjoy our family trip, yet received no similar understanding in return. A good location and apartment cannot compensate for poor hospitality. I would not stay again.
