Peaceful Guesthouse

you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.

It is great for couples and families (with kids) Please be aware that prices vary depending on the number of people that sleep in outside of the season! In season (July and August) prices are fixed per rental You have to be at least 23 years of age to rent property

Beach badges are not included but are MANDATORY whether or not you use our beach . These are the communities rules! Badges are NOT NEEDED before June 11th and after Labor Day. I will be requesting the money two days before check in so I can purchase them for you. Daily wristbands are 20.00 each and can be purchased at the beach from the badge checkers. 8 weekly badges are 175.00
