Our stay at Alfred’s was flawless, it is comfortable and wonderfully appointed apartment, very clean, within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and attractions…. Not to mention complimentary daily cleaning and laundry service. Alfred and Barbara are gracious and responsive hosts. We loved our stay in Vienna , and would unhesitatingly recommend this Airbnb. Everything was delightful, the apartment lived up to its 5* rating.

Unser erstes Mal Heizen mit einem Pelletofen hat nach der Eingewöhnugsphase prima funktioniert. Die Wohnung fanden wir sehr geschmackvoll und ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und werden gerne ein anderes Mal wieder kommen.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt für alle die Ruhe suchen und ein paar Tage gemütlich in der Natur abschalten möchten. Sehr zu empfehlen und immer wieder einen Besuch wert. Markus war ein super Gastgeber und jederzeit für fragen offen. Auch und unsere Hunde waren herzlich willkommen und haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

We highly recommend this property and we had a great experience. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful and the apartment is in a great location, extremely closed to public transports which make travelling around Vienna an extremely pleasurable experience. The apartment is extremely clean, luminous and very well equipped and with a very comfortable bed. Very detailed information supplied on how to reach and access the apartment. We asked for suggestions where to eat away from tourists and we were given very sound advice. We cannot thank our host enough for having made our visit in Vienna very pleasurable and cannot recommend them enough for their very welcoming attitude. 10/10

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was just as described—spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location is convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions, and the surroundings were peaceful and relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait. L'endroit était impeccable, confortable et idéalement situé. Tout correspondait exactement à la description. Für unseren Städtetrip war die Wohnung ein großartiger Ausgangspunkt und eine Ruheoase zum ausspannen. Prima Lage, sehr ruhige Wohnung, Supermarkt um die Ecke, S-Bahn-Anschluss in 5 min zu erreichen, Ausstattung ist prima, sehr sauber. Und der Kontakt mit Dorian sehr nett, unkompliziert und informativ. Gerne wieder bei unserem nächsten Wien-Aufenthalt

Ich habe mich gleich sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Dieses Gefühl hat sich den gesamten Aufenthalt über auch nicht geändert. Da ich krank war, musste ich teilweise viel Zeit in der Unterkunft verbringen und kann sagen, dass man sich in der Wohnung auch wirklich gut erholen kann. Man hört so gut wie keine Geräusche von Nachbarn oder der Umgebung. Außerdem ist die Lage sehr schön. Cooles Viertel mit sehr nah gelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Food-To-Go-Läden. Außerdem ist die Bahn nur 5 min. die Straße runter, mit der man easy in die Innenstadt durchfahren kann. Alles in allem ein wirklich guter Aufenthalt gewesen.

There is everything you need for a few days stay, probably even longer. we didn't coon, but you could make make food yourself with no trouble. The beds were quite comfortable, only the curtains were pretty transparent so it was not that dark in the room. a few minutes walk to the U-Bahn Station. The host was really friendly and we were able to get inside the apartment a few hours earlier!

We stayed at Peter and Mariyas for the Taylor swift concert that was sadly cancelled but they made our trip to Vienna so nice!!! Gave us many recommendations and brought us bottles of Prosecco to make up for the cancelled concert! Even brought a AC unit over when it was warmer. They really went above and beyond for us!! We are so appreciative!
