Cottage vacation rentals in Miramar

So Raymond had been in contact with me before I arrived, giving me info on checking in and the do's and dont's which weren't extreme, they were pretty simple. Overall, it was a good experience, and I will definitely use his location again if and when it's available.

We are big fans of the Island’s Casita! It was totally perfect and had features we didn’t realize. There is a room - that is accessible for their other 2(?) airbnbs - with a treadmill, washer & dryer, games, sunscreen and more. The outdoor area is great with a dining table, Adirondack chairs and the hot tub we didn’t use. It was close to the beach - and the Deerfield Aquatic center, which is important to us. Would absolutely stay here again.

Rick’s place truly was a hidden oasis. For the value, it’s hard to imagine a better stay. Despite sharing the property with the main house, there is enough lush canopy to provide a real sense of privacy. There are several restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance, and it’s just a short Uber or bus ride to the beach (we chose not to rent a car during our stay). We had read other reviews about Oakland Park, and there were questions about the safety. We didn’t have any troubles; in fact, it was quite peaceful at Rick’s place and the surrounding area seems to be on the rise as there were multiple restaurants that had recently opened along with a major condo/loft complex being developed. I had a great stay for a month with my dog. Pool and hot tub were great and really enjoyed the back patio / lake. Lots of animals including turtles ducks and iguanas. Jason was very responsive and sent someone to maintain the pool / hot tub frequently. Would def stay again!

Wow! A quiet gem outside of the hustle of the beach and Los Olas, but close enough. I come to Lauderdale quite frequently and adore the neighborhood this cottage is in. It has its own character. The unit - perfect layout. Feels like a home. I like that there is overhead fans in ever room to keep the air fresh. The kitchen has anything you'd need. The patio comfortable. There's full size washer and dryer. The closet fits everything you have. Parking is easy and fits two cars. I adored the place! I took a walk almost daily around the neighborhood during my 10-day stay. Now, Toni is the best host I've ever had across any platform! Super responsive and helpful. But it's not just that. Her extra touches are so thoughtful. Treats to start your visit. Flowers. A makeup towel. Nice toiletries. Comfy throw blankets all over the cottage. Perfect.

The unit was perfect. There are some perks available that I didnt find listed, like hot water and a Keurig coffee maker. Alfonso was very attentive and responded messages promptly.

Alex was an amazing host. We got in to Miami late on our check in date bc of the commute and she still stayed up to greet us in person. She was quick with responding and our communication throughout the trip was top notch (Especially when we immediately locked ourselves out lol) She gave a great recommendation for a local restaurant. Our space was very clean and the attention to detail was amazing. Alex’s husband folded the towels on the bed into swans with flowers as eyes from their beautiful garden patio. I loved listening to their pet birds chirping in the morning out on the patio. That is the experience you will have when you book with Alex. Don’t hesitate to book, this was really special.

Beautiful cottage that was serene and private. Great for a personal getaway or a family. The host, Avi, is very friendly and available. Would stay there again.

The Cottage is a great spot to land. It was centrally located, private, and in a quiet neighborhood. I traveled with my two doodles and they loved the fenced front yard. I do want to give the hosts a shout out- they went above and beyond to help me retrieve two packages that I had shipped to The Cottage. They were delivered early, days prior to me checking in, and my host went out of his way (twice) to retrieve my packages from their secure storage and hand them over to me. Anyway, in short, it was a great stay. Highly recommend The Cottage, and the hosting team was lovely. Thanks for a great week!

Jeff was a fantastic host! The place was exactly as advertised. Really great location within a walking distance of plenty of restaurants along the shore, but in a quiet section that was peaceful from the nightlife. Jeff was extremely accommodating the entire week. He goes out of the way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. I would highly recommend this location.

If you are planning to spend time in Lauderdale-by-the Sea, you absolutely cannot do better than this location! This cottage is 2 blocks from the beach and the host provides beach chairs and an umbrella so you won't have to spend $50/day to rent them! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Walgreens is across the street and Publix (groceries) is an easy 15-minute walk from the property. There are so many restaurants, shops, and places to relax just minutes away! This space (2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and kitchen) worked well for the four of us. Additionally, the private patio area in the back is ideal for hanging out and relaxing. Good communication with the owner! We strongly recommend Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and this property. We would love to go back again!

Hidden Gem was absolutely perfect for me and my fiancé. We had some last minute travel adjustments and couldn't have asked for a better spot. The adorable studio space had everything we needed to just show up and stay. The space was used very well. We had some friends staying at another large expensive bnb and Hidden Gem seemed to have more than even that. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes. The bathroom clean and with needed Toiletries (my fiancé forgot makeup wipes and there were some kindly waiting for her). Extra towels, blankets, and linens made for a comfy stay. Storage under the bed to stay organized, a small smart TV! Parking is fairly easy and the outside area is well equipt to grill and chill. Our only thing to note is the AC will drip from condensation (we put a bowl under it at night after finding a small puddle) but that worked just fine! Jovany was kind & helpful. There is just something more homey about air bnb like this place. We highly recommend

From start to finish our experience was top notch. Very small issues were handled immediately and one large issue, the pool heater stopped and that was resolved as quickly as the owner could get it done. The house is well stocked for guests including beach items and all necessary kitchen equipment one would need. The neighborhood is quiet and within short driving distance to beaches and the Florida experience. We highly recommend this property

We knew the Hillsboro beach area very well but had only stayed in local hotels that were overcrowded and lacked the comforts and necessities of a home. Tom’s villa was not only reasonably priced but provided every amenity we needed for a week long stay including a kitchen full of accessories, washer and dryer access, a wonderful swimming pool, was walking distance to the beach, and even had water toys too! The daily trash and linen pickup was also very much appreciated. The front office staff was also very attentive and helpful - thank you for everything Elaine! My family and I will gladly be returning.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Michelle is the nicest person I have ever met, always willing and helpful to make sure you visit us as amazing as it can be. Location is great and the backyard vibes are immaculate.

Our stay was fantastic! The home is adorable, was impeccably clean, well-stocked, and the location was perfect for exploring Fort Lauderdale. Lisa and Alexandria are very accommodating and provided great local tips - we would definitely stay here again!
