La casa es enorme y muy bonita. Perfecto para pasar varios días por Roma debido a su gran ubicación y tamaño. Si vienes en familia grande (Como yo con 6 personas), cuenta con todos los servicios funcionales, todas las camas fueron muy cómodas y el lugar de estacionamiento es espacioso para meter una van de buen tamaño. Giulio es uno de los anfitriones más amables con los que he tratado. Es súper amable, comunicativo y las instrucciones de entrada y salida fueron muy precisas. Definitivamente en cuanto regrese a Roma buscaré regresar a La Dolce Vita.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni nella villetta di Fabio. Giardino splendido per nostra figlia di 2 anni e la nostra cagnolona, tutto recintato e sicuro. La casa è vicinissima a tante altre ville, ma non è assolutamente mancata la privacy. La ferrovia è di fronte, passano molti treni ma la villa gode di infissi spettacolari che attutiscono i forti rumori. A 5 minuti a piedi ci sono i servizi e il mare poco più distante, per raggiungere Santa Marinella e le spiagge occorre la macchina. La casa dentro è piccola ma c'è tutto quello di cui uno ha bisogno, ordinato e semplice. Fabio è stato un host disponibile e gentile in tutte le nostre richieste e necessità. Grazie mille speriamo di ritornare presto.

We abosolutely loved this place! We booked it based off of the outdoor space. The house was very spacious and our kids loved making fires in the fire place. The surrounding area was quiet and nice. Local supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance if you want it. This place was amazing, our kids loved it. My family will never forget this place!

Posto fantastico a due passi da Roma .. tranquillità e relax abbiamo fatto cena con brace esterna enorme !! Appartamento appena ristrutturato bagni fantastici cucina rifornitissima..Lavinia molto reattiva per spiegazioni e consigli !! Abbiamo giocato a pallavolo e a calcio su campo in erba che pare wembley!!!! Toppp ! I bambini sono stati felicissimi con mille Cose da fare . Il signor Silvio (il guardiano ) è molto premuroso e pronto in ogni occasione per consigli ed aiuti ( ci ha aiutato ad accendere la brace esterna e ci ha portato le uova appena covate dalle galline !!! ). Ci torneremo sicuramente !! Grazie

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

the shower was my favorite part. absolutely fantastic. very close to bus stops and other public transport if that's how you're trying to get around. worked perfectly for us. careful what direction google/apple maps takes you to get there. there is a perfect over pass that let's you almost walk right up to it, but the map apps want you to walk on a road with no side walk, and I don't recommend that route. we greatly appreciated the snacks and wine that were left for us. thank you for opening your home to us. we had a great time 👍

Appartement spacieux et lumineux, idéalement situé. Nous avons visité tous les principaux sites à pied. Un grand choix de restaurants à proximité. Le parking de Piazza Cavour est proche et très pratique. Très agreable séjour !

Very friendly greating and an attentive host who was very accommodating with an early check-in. The apartment was nice and clean, well equipped and very centrally located. There is air conditioning and fans which was a nice surprise. Please note because you in the 'heart' of it all there is a a quite lot of noise (ear plugs were provided if required, and they helped very much) that goes on till late, also, with there being numerous restaurants in the square there can be a lot of cooking smells, (fried onions particularly noticeable), if you don't mind either of these things then I can highly recommended this accommodation and I would stay again. All in all we enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and had a wonderful time!

The apartment is located in a very good place. The apartment is very spacious with the patio on the rooftop. Gras was very responsive.

I would 100% recommend staying at Francesca's place! It was bigger than it looks in the photos, and the bed was super comfy. Check in/out was stress free. The location is perfect — round the corner from the Colosseum and less than a 15-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. We fully enjoyed our complimentary wine on the terrace which a lovely touch! 🍷 It’s close to a basic supermarket and a lovely restaurant, Il Giardino ai Fori. We had an incredible time in Rome, and this quaint, cozy and beautiful Airbnb truly enhanced our trip 🏡 Francesca was so accommodating; she provided great recommendations for local eateries and tips on getting to and from the airport. I don’t have any negatives, just a couple of considerations. The shower temperature could be bit unpredictable at times and the door lock was a bit tricky at first as it takes a couple of turns to open, but it all added to the sense of security, so we didn’t mind at all. Thank you so much Francesca for being such a wonderful host!

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt: tolle Lage ( wir haben es sehr geliebt, in Monti zu Spazieren und zu Essen)/ viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, insbesondere das Kolosseum, sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar, ansonsten sehr nah an U-Bahn und Bus-Stationen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll dekoriert und sah genau wie auf den Bildern aus. Wir haben die Zeit in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so das die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten oder das gemeinsame Essen zu viert kein Problem ist. Wirklich eine tolle Wohnung, die wir sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Alessandra war in Ihrer Kommunikation sehr freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit.

The photos don’t do it justice. Stylish, comfortable, spacious, and quiet. Top floor, with an elevator and new double pane windows. Everything was perfect, including the location. I’d never stayed in Prati before, but now I’ll stay nowhere else. Paolo met me on the street as I arrived and gave me the tour and great local recommendations. This was a real find.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Laura and Gianni's place. It was the best location, everything was about 20 mins walk away. We felt right at home. Would definitely come back here to stay when we come back to Rome.

Literally the best location! So easy to get to all the major sites. Our family of 9 had more than enough space. Thank you for being so accommodating especially at the last minute!!

This is the 2nd time in 6 months we have stayed at this property whilst visiting Italy. The house is lovely, a spacious & comfortable feel. The woodfire was a real treat in the evenings. We arrived early and we were greeted with refreshments whilst we waited. Thank you to Luciano & family for their excellent hospitality. We love staying here and will be back. We highly recommend.

Wow, what a place. Claudia's house is like a little oasis of calm with breathtaking views over Rome. We stayed with our friends with 4 little children amongst us and it couldn't have been better, the children loved playing in the ample garden and spent ages down in the little play area. The communal spaces outside were really lovely, it was just a shame the weather didn't allow us to use them as much as we would have liked! Inside, the house is spacious and great for multi-family living. Grazie mille Claudia, for allowing us to share your little piece of paradise.

Nous avons passer un merveilleux séjours à Rome grâce à Emanuele et Ana qui sont restés très bienveillants et disponibles pour nous. La maison etait magnifique et agréable à vivre. Nous relevons surtout leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Les meilleurs hôtes d'Airbnb !!

Renato è stato molto disponibile, il suo alloggio molto spazioso è ben posizionato e in una zona molto tranquilla. Ideale per gruppi o famiglie anche numerose!

We loved Sabrina's place! The house was beautiful and property was so peaceful. Everything was like the pictures, plenty of space for 6 of us (4 adults + 2 children). Sabrina gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do that were a short drive into town, and she was extremely responsive via whats app for our other questions throughout our stay. We did a day trip into Montepulciano - 1.5 hr drive away so very conveniently located. Would love to be able to stay here again if we make it back to Italy!

5 Sterne, auch wenn es ein paar Anregungen gibt: wir waren zum mobilen Arbeiten mit unserer 12jährigen Tochter für 10 Tage dort. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause, die untere Etage mit Schlaf-, Wohnzimmer, Dusche/Bad/Wc ist perfekt fürs Kind mit Wunsch nach etwas Raum für sich. Küche war toll eingerichtet, generell alles sauber und die Panoramascheiben im WZ sind fantastisch, und danke für die Moskitonetze. kleine Anregungen: - im Duschraum oben hinten fangen die Fugen an zu schimmeln...jetzt kann man noch alles in den Griff bekommen - das Zimmer unten (ausgerechnet) hat kein TV. Die TV in den oberen Schlafzimmern sind defekt und der im WZ zeigt keine deutschen Sender. Wir kamen die 10 Tage ohne aus, aber es wäre schön, zumindest mal ARD/ZDF schauen zu können - das Bücherboard hat nicht ein deutsches (Jugendbuch), schade - grösstes Manko, das WLAN ist mit ca 3Mbit/0,6Mbit am optimalen Sitzplatz im WZ zu langsam um ausreichend arbeiten, geschweigedenn Filme streamen zu können...

Our stay at this villa was absolutely wonderful! We especially loved the backyard oasis and cozy fireplace. There was plenty of space for our two families of four to relax and enjoy. We highly recommend renting bicycles—riding along the beach was a highlight and made getting around super easy. Thank you again, Simonetta!
