Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Los Gatos

This place was great. I came with 6 other guys and we had plenty of space. The living room has a lot of open space to stretch out, and we enjoyed playing Codenames every night on the coffee table. Didn’t get the enjoy the outside too much because of the rain but it looked like the perfect hangout spot for better weather! Last thing, the walk to the beach was easy and provided great views. I’d suggest this house to anyone, not only because of the actual house, but Evan and David were great to work with and responded almost immediately. Thanks again for a great time!

The Beach House was exactly as described - tastefully remodeled while retaining the classic Aptos Beach bungalow vibe. Very thoughtfully prepared with outdoor games and items you would need for a beach getaway. The outdoor area and backyard are cleverly organized for everything you would want. I just wish we could have stayed longer (and had warmer weather!). Lots of great information in the folder for things to do and places to eat. Kudos!!

This was our third stay at the Blue Whale Bungalow, and it remains our favorite place to stay in Rio del Mar! Mariam is a wonderful and generous host who immediately remembered our family and welcomed our two dogs. The Blue Whale Bungalow is clean and cozy, with everything you need to enjoy the beach or relax indoors. It is located just two blocks from the beach, where you can enjoy the ocean breeze, search for sea glass, and admire the beautiful sunsets. We look forward to visiting the Blue Whale Bungalow very soon!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was peaceful and located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with beautiful views. One of the biggest highlights was how welcoming they were to our pups. It made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication was excellent; they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Lori's place was perfect for a large group of people to both enjoy each other's company in the large living/dining/deck areas, while having privacy for sleeping. It's two stories with lots of space inside and outside with a third story outside crow's nest deck as well. The hot tub was a bonus! The beach access was incredible and the best thing about the location. It's just a 2 min. walk away! The neighborhood is tranquil. Lori was easy and great to work with as well! What a special time!

Come for the convenient location, stay for the shower. Vic’s home was a welcome place to rest for a night while in San Jose. The home was very clean and also spacious if you are traveling with multiple people. The king bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was amazing! After cleanliness and safety, comfy beds and exceptional water pressure are really appreciated. Try not to drive up the water bill by living in that shower, but know you will be refreshed and rejuvenated. Vic and the management team were extremely responsive and helpful with all of my questions. I will definitely try to rebook the next time I come through San Jose.

En easy breezy (literally, great ocean breeze) for a family of 4 teens and two parents to stretch out and enjoy one another and our own spaces. Hot Tub was a crowd pleaser. Steve was a clear communicator.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Checking in instructions were clear and easy to follow. We were in town visiting family, will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Host were very responsive and friendly. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, great location and definitely enjoyed the privacy it offered our family.

My friend and I had a very nice stay. Everything was just as described and pictured. It was quiet, comfortable, and walking distance to a great coffee shop, restaurants, and most importantly, the ocean. (Plus, a lovely view of the ocean.) Petko was easy to communicate with too.

If I could give a rating of 6 stars, I would. This is my go-place when I have to be in the Bay Area.....if it is available. Peaceful is amazing to work with. It has a great location, gated parking, very comfortable bed and more

Our family absolutely loved staying at Michelle’s Airbnb! A bright, happy home that was exceptionally clean, cozy with a gorgeous location that cannot be beat. We would be lucky to stay here again someday. Thank you for helping us make the most magical memories, well never forget this trip!

We had a wonderful stay at Alan and Amelie’s with our friends! We especially loved the comfortable, spacious, charming and sunny common space, perfect for all of us to hang out together. The place had good separation of space with comfortable beds, a clean bathroom and complementary coffee in the cute vintage kitchen. It was walkable to downtown and the beach - a perfect home base to explore Santa Cruz! Thanks for being such responsive and welcoming hosts.

My friend and I were in town for Silicon Valley Reads and were instantly charmed by this listing's photos. Not only is this private in-law suite exactly as cute in real life, Ed and Toni were warm, welcoming, made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay and were always extremely responsive to messages. 10/10! This place is stunning! Hosts reached out to let me know they were available if I needed anything. It was clean, Cozy , Everything was labeled to make it easy to find things. Spacious! Had great recommendations readily available. It was well worth what I paid! It’s not often I feel at home in airbnbs but this place offered that environment! Location is walking distance to the beach. Shop, restaurants, and it’s quiet in the evenings! Highly highly recommend!

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

Marc’s beach view condo was absolutely beautiful. Spent a girls weekend there and it was very comfortable for three people. Kitchen was fully stocked, fireplace was nice and cozy. He was very flexible with our check-in time. I highly recommend this place if you’d like a peaceful location & quite beautiful ocean view. This is a perfect location in between Santa Cruz and Monterey/Carmel.

Always a great time at this condo! It is so close to the beach that even my baby did not have a problem going back and forth! Clean and bright, beautiful views.

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

Angel was such a lovely host. Always responsive, very helpful. The Airbnb is located in a serene location, so peaceful. We would love to stay there again. Thank you for everything, Angel. Best.

We had a wonderful stay here. The listing and photos were totally accurate. Aaron was checking in to make sure we were happy with everything which I thought was so nice- he’s a great host. The front patio space is awesome, and so is the big couch for relaxing after a day of hiking. There is much to do in this area - exploring Santa Cruz, Carmel, Big Sur… I’m so glad we were able to stay at this sweet place! I would easily recommend it.

The view from this property was extraordinary with amazing sunsets from the deck each night. The location was perfect to visit Santa Cruz one day and Pinnacles National Park the next. The host was very responsive. We’ll definitely save this to our wishlist.
