Good position for exploring the non-touristy part of the city. small restaurants with good food. Walking distance to the metro, for those who like to walk and want to skip the buses. Lovely flat to stay. I highly recommend it

Il est idéalement situé entre la plage et Rome. La maison était très confortable, spacieuse et chaleureuse, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de visites à Rome. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de l'endroit, loin de l'agitation de la ville, surtout le soir, assis sur les chaises longues à regarder le ciel étoilé. Les enfants ne voulaient plus partir. Nous choisirons cette maison lors de notre prochain séjour. Info voyage : Pour la plage, nous vous conseillons la Spiaggia libera Maccarese qui est à 15mn et qui dispose d'un très grand parking gratuit. Pour vos visites à Rome, nous vous conseillons d'y aller en train. Pour cela, préférez la Stazione Maccarese-Fregene qui est à 11 mn de la maison et qui dispose là aussi d'un parking gratuit. Pour le tarif, il est à 9€10 (aller) pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

Such a great spot and the hosts could not have been nicer or more hospitable... Helped us set up transportation even through a number of delays and made sure we were all set. We had long weary travel with hours and hours of delays and they came and greeted us and got us checked in and even held my 3 yr Olds hand as we got unloaded. Such a blessing. Beautiful renovated space, super super clean, ice cold AC in upstairs rooms, heat and coffee. Location is basically across the street from a grocery store and close to anything you could want, restaurants etc. A couple of things to note - it is on a busy street so if you are a light sleeper this could be difficult (we had 2 sound machines and still struggled with all of the street noise, sirens etc). If you need wifi access to a laptop without a way to scan a barcode maybe try to coordinate before you need to use it.
