Vacation rentals with a pool in Kocaeli

When planning a Bungalow holiday in Sapanca, I read a lot of comments and understood that you should make a good decision about what your priority is before you go. Ours was privacy (ex: being able to play our own music without disturbing anyone, having a barbecue), the fire pit, the barbecue and the fireplace. We really chose the house in a forest that belongs only to us at the beginning of the mountain without noticing it. We enjoyed it very much, everything was as described. The pool heating was turned off due to Ramadan, we didn't notice the warning. Mr. Rıdvan reminded us again before confirming the reservation so that there would be no mistake. It wasn't our priority anyway. The price was also more affordable than the intertwined bungalow options. Mr. Rıdvan was quick to help with local shopping and courier orders. I thought the house needed minor renovations while I was there, but we enjoyed it so much that I even forgot what they are right now. We can't wait to go 😄again. Thanks for everything.

Mesut's house was a piece of paradise where the birds never stopped singing from dawn to dusk. The pool and spa were theraputic and the space luxurious. My children were capitvated by the home and the setting. Mesut thank you for your hospitality and welcoming us as your guests.

I was extremely satisfied. It was cold, but when we went into the pool, it was awesome. Garden lighting can be improved, but it was a great holiday that is very ideal, I recommend it for us.

We had a very nice vacation with 4 women. It was a very safe environment. The road was easy to find. The house was spotless. There were supplies needed. The view was very nice. The pool was quite hot. The home was very very hot. Families with children can also easily choose. Mr. Emin responded quickly every time we called. Thanks for everything.

Our family (two adults and two children under 8) stayed in the cabin and we highly recommend it. We stayed in February and it was snowing and everything looked so beautiful. The cabin is very well located in a quiet valley, especially if you don't want be in the busy tourist area. It is next to a quiet main road, just five minutes from a small town, so it's easy to access but very private as the cabin is much higher than above the road. The facilities are great, we loved the hot tub (set at 38.5 degrees), the fireplace (with lots of wood available), kitchen (all the basics are there for cooking your own meals) and there's lots of spare blankets. We took our own food and cooked but restaurants are also close by. As there was snow we drove up to Kartepe mountain and hired tubes, very fun. You can also get the council's teleferik (cable car) to Kartepe and visit the mountain in any season if you don't want to take your car, it's very affordable. The house is very well located, it has a large garden and gazebo. The house was hot, there is a bathroom and a toilet in almost every room. There is a caretaker in the garden of the house but not visible and takes care of everything. Our host was also good and offered us a flexible time for checkout. We stayed with six children and three families very comfortably. Thank you.

Our stay was great! The house is quite big and spacious, everything was spotless. There was nothing missing in terms of comfort, every detail was considered. The pool was also very pleasant, the fact that it was heated was perfect. Definitely a place we want to come back to.
