Vacation rentals with breakfast in Kingston upon Thames

Shirley is a lovely and gentle lady. I came to London to settle down and have been staying here for about a month while looking for my next rental. I feel at home with her, especially when we watch TV during dinner time. Haha.

Great place! Clean home and Anamaria was very hospitable. The neighborhood is really nice and diverse. The Herne Hill transit station is a short walk away, taking you straight to Victoria where you can then transfer to other lines. Bus stops are in super close distance too. Loved the retail stores and restaurants in the area.

Me, my wife and our 3 boys loved our stay here. Only a few minutes drive from Legoland the place was easy to find and very close to a Harvester restaurant and local shops. Ed and Sophia were friendly and responsive to any questions we had, and our kids loved the house. would definitely recommend staying here.

Janet is a great host. This was my second visit as I had a work trip in the area. I would recommend to anyone who wants a clean, quiet space with a friendly and helpful host.

The host was very nice, we had a great time! There’s a fried chicken place nearby that’s cheap and good too. Everything is well prepared and is very clean when we checked in. The location is walkable to both the train station and bus station.

This was a stress-free stay in Esher, close enough to the downtown area and activities, perfectly located. The flat was comfortable, very clean, and the bottle of prosecco was appreciated! Highly recommend!

This flat was very comfortable for our party of three. The kitchen was well appointed and fully functional. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The location was very convenient to portabello road and it’s many shops and eateries and convenient to bus and tube lines. Check in and out were easy.

I had an amazing stay at this flat, which was fantastic—clean, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything I needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything. Their hospitality was outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The generous touches of warm hospitality made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped stay. I would book again!

It’s safe to say that this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had to date. It’s so nice when a host is responsive, but it’s even better when they are friendly, hospitable, and kind. Maxine has an amazing place to stay, and it’s especially a perfect place for those visiting a friend, or family member at goldsmiths university. Although the location is far from most areas in London, it’s not a problem using public transportation to get back at night. Along with the place being very nice, it has ample hot water and a great main bathroom, a nice living room, and one of the most comfortable beds. Along with all this good, Maxine also has fitted the bathroom with her own bath products, that include a great smelling shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. I highly recommend this stay, for its cost, comfort, and amazing host, if you visit London.

Perfect location. 5 minutes walk to the tube and bus station. 10 minutes to Shopping City, and restaurants. Plenty of space and all equipment and amenities in the flat, and of course a very friendly, and helpful host, who kindly provided some eggs, milk, bread, coffee, and cakes on arrival. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Our family (2 adults with 3 teenagers) stayed at Jen & Matt’s place for 6 nights in March 2025. It was perfect for us. Lots of space and all the amenities we needed. We were on an early arriving flight and they allowed us early access to the flat, which was a lifesaver for that first day. The flat is in a lovely family-oriented neighbourhood with the beautiful Queen’s Park nearby. It is totally outside of the hustle and bustle of London, but right on the Bakerloo Line which allows super easy access to all the sights. It is also on the Lionness line which takes you directly to Watford Junction where you catch the shuttle to Warner Bros Studios to visit the Harry Potter sets. It couldn’t be better situated in my opinion. Jen & Matt provided milk, eggs, butter, jam, crumpets, tea and coffee to get us started, which was a really nice touch. There is a Tesco Express nearby, so it was easy to buy groceries. I did a load of laundry and everything worked fine. Highly recommend!

We've stayed her 3-4 times now and it's great. We keep coming back because it's very comfortable. Unlike a lot of places the couch is comfy, as are the chairs and beds. We can cook dinner, pop downstairs to 2-3 different markets, plus several pubs and restaurants, and bring food back. The nearby pedestrian zone even has a Marks and Spence market that's very nice (think Whole Foods). The area is great. Two very convenient trains and several buses. We like to walk and often go through London Fields to Broadway market. Kingsland Road is good for Turkish food, an interesting African market and a Pret a Manger. The host, Zoe, is extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back if we go back to Hackney again.

Very good location and close to the city center. It is very convenient because there is a M&S nearby. The metro station is only 5 min and you could take the Bakerloo line to Oxford Circus within 20 min. Anna is very helpful and responsive to questions.

Melanie was the perfect host very proactive with our booking and greeting us with a nice cup of tea on arrival. The room is large and very comfortable with a large private shower room which was perfect for our needs. A great location in Brockley for visiting family in the area. We had a great stay and would stay again. Thank you for making us so welcome.

I had a pleasant stay at Sallie's home. She made me feel most welcome. I found it ideal to explore Richmond and Kew (a few miles on foot, but I enjoy walking), Hampton Court Palace (went on the bus) and Central London (train from Strawberry Hill 5 min walk - then 40 mins). Sallie kindly arranged guest parking, as I drove and left the car in the street, which has residents restrictions during limited hours. Overall I would highly recommend Sallie's place and will likely return in the future.

Five stars on all the rating criteria almost describes Margaret. But they do not reflect her kindness, compassion and flawless hospitality. After several stays in her home we consider her a treasured friend and look forward to future experiences with her and her lovely family.

Lovely place and really nice breakfasts!

Penelope has a lovely house, very well situated near the high street. Our room was very comfortable and breakfast was an excellent addition! Very friendly and welcoming overall.

We had a great 4 night stay at Jane's house. It is filled with her wonderful glass works of art. An extremely quirky Edwardian house and a lovely inhabitant, the cat Khairo, also the folly in the garden is wonderful.
