The view and surroundings were stunning. It would have been great to get outside, but we were there one night and it was very rainy. This was a camping/glamping experience. Very few amenities- no shower, refrigerator, or even outlets (only car charger ports). But it was a picturesque view with a cozy bed. There was a snack and drink on the bed when we arrived and we even found some blueberries and blackberries outside. The drive there was also gorgeous, we had fun stopping along the way from Bergen!

Sehr nette Begrüßung durch den Gastgeber. Geir hat komplett flexibel auf unsere geänderte Ankunftszeit reagiert. Das war alles kein Problem. Schöne, saubere Unterkunft. Das Haus war von außen sehr schön weihnachtlich geschmückt :) im Wohnzimmer stand auch ein schöner geschmückter Weihnachtsbaum. Schöner Blick auf den Fjord. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Wir konnten hier in der Ruhe super entspannen. Das Haus und der Gastgeber sind sehr zu empfehlen und werden sicherlich noch mal wieder kommen.

This place is AMAZING!! beautiful views, really cozy and beautiful cabin. Well furnished, loved being able disconnect and get away from a busy life. Very quiet and secluded location exactly as described. Eike was incredibly helpful and very quick to respond. The sauna was the cherry on the cake, we used it every day during our staying and especially nice after a long day hiking in the wet and rain. Can’t wait to book again in the summer

Wir waren zu 4. in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Die Lage ist wirklich schön, es ist alles sauber und ordentlich und die Hütte hat typisch norwegischen Charme. Auf unsere Nachrichten wurde sofort und schnell reagiert. Wer eine Auszeit braucht, Ruhe oder einfach mal für sich sein möchte ist hier genau richtig und findet vom Kamin bis zum tollen Ausflugsziel alles!

Åge s place was perfect for our 3 night-stay. The location is awesome, far from everything and surrounded by beautiful nature. It has all you need there and the solar powered battery was more than enough for our stay. We can highly recommend this place. Åge responded fast and helpful.

We stayed at Ulrik and Susanne’s place for a month, working remotely. It was a great retreat into nature: quiet, slow paced, and with an amazing view over the fjord from the living room. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area with our dog when the weather was good as much as cocooning by a wood fire when it rained. The area is just stunningly beautiful in any season! Ulrik, Susanne, and Ulrik’s parents were wonderful hosts: responsive, welcoming, accommodating and just allround fun to get to meet (and their border collie Sara is super friendly as well :)). We would very happily visit again!

Een mooi huis op een unieke locatie. Vanaf de eetkamer kijk je je ogen uit naar meerdere watervallen. Het huis zelf beschikt over alles wat je nodig hebt. Het huis heeft een moderne keuken en badkamer en snelle wifi. Vanuit Vik rij je in ongeveer 25 minuten naar het huis langs een wat smalle weg maar prima weg.

Deze plek is een plaatje. Een fenomenaal uitzicht over het fjord op een heerlijk terras. Het huisje is gezellig ingericht en heeft alles voor een goed verblijf. De reis er naartoe met de ferry is al een belevenis. Ingrid is een prettige gastvrouw die duidelijke aanwijzingen geeft voor een comfortabel verblijf. Wij (gezin met 3 kinderen) hadden het geluk een avond met mooi weer op het terras te kunnen zitten. De dag erop regende het en hebben we ons prima binnen vermaakt. Dit verblijf is zeer aan te bevelen.!

As the picture in airbnb, the house is located in a farm, where you can see baby goats and Lama. This is just what we expected. The animals were very cute and bring such joy just watching them. The house itself has heater in every room which keep us warm when we sleep. There's a big pond by the house with rocky mountain as the background and this brings such an amazing view from the living room. Yet the location of the farm is very remote with very narrow road. We were quite surprised as we did not come across with any car from the other direction on the way to get there. But as it is very remote, we could feel very serene and peaceful which gave us such an unforgettable memory in our life. Thank you Kristin.

For en helg vi har hatt! Denne hytten var alt vi kunne ønske oss i fredelige og vakre omgivelser. Den korte reiseveien fra Bergen var et stort pluss for oss, det var rent og ikke minst var alt veldig enkelt, fra reservasjonen til innsjekk. Denne hytten passer like godt for romantiske weekends med sauna og boblebad, som en tur for hele familien. Vi kommer gjerne igjen!

Es war ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt! ☀️Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich und die Küche ist super ausgestattet, um schön abends kochen zu können. Den Beamer im Wohnzimmer war super für einen Filmabend bei Regen. Merethe war gut erreichbar und hat uns bei allen Fragen schnell geholfen. Entfernungen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto: 2h zum Gletschermuseum, 2h45min nach Gudvangen/Nerøyfjord, 45min nach Balestrand.
