Surrounded by natural beauty, just steps away from a quiet beach, this cosy and stylish one-bedroom apartment is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the simple pleasures of coastal living.
The space
This one-bedroom apartment offers a rare balance of comfort, style, and breathtaking views. Overlooking the tranquil lagoon, the flat opens onto vistas stretching to Julfar Towers and, on clear days, the majestic Hajar Mountains with the iconic Jebel Jais. Perfectly oriented to the northeast, you can start your mornings with the rising sun from the comfort of your balcony.
Thoughtfully designed for both short and extended stays, the apartment includes:
- A bright bedroom with fresh linens and a small dressing space
- A modern bathroom plus a separate guest toilet
- A convertible sofa for extra guests
- An open kitchen fully equipped with brand-new appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, iron, microwave, gas cooker, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender)
- Smart TV and connected speaker for your entertainment
- A balcony to enjoy the lagoon view and the morning light
