For guests planning to take a refreshing dip, please note that the swimming pool allows a maximum of 4 guests per visit.

Swimming Pool Access
Guests may enjoy access to the swimming pool for a minimal fee paid directly to the building management:

Php 150 per person (regular days)
Php 300 per person (holidays)

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

⭕️ IMPORTANT: If you plan to swim on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, please inform us in advance so we can register you with the admin. Pool fees are non-refundable.

Other things to note
Before you arrive, just a few notes:

We kindly ask guests to observe the No Smoking rule inside the unit. A penalty of Php 2,000 applies for any violation.

Access to the unit is limited strictly to guests who are included on the reservation. Visitors who are part of the reservation are welcome to meet in the lobby or common areas, but they are not permitted to enter the unit or stay for extended periods, overnight stays are not allowed.
