- Pool use: Proper swimwear is required. For hygiene reasons, shirts, cotton shorts, and denim are not permitted.

- Smoking policy: Smoking inside the unit, including bathrooms, is strictly prohibited. You may smoke on the balcony, but please keep the door closed to prevent smoke from entering. A cleaning fee will be charged if indoor smoking is detected.

- Guest access: Only registered guests are allowed within the unit and building premises. If you wish to add or invite someone, kindly notify us in advance so they can be registered with security.

- Amenities: The pool and other facilities follow the building’s operating schedule and may occasionally close for maintenance. We’ll keep you updated on any changes.

- Energy conservation: Please switch off the air-conditioning, lights, and appliances when leaving the unit.

- Care for the property: We strive to maintain the unit in excellent condition and ask that you treat it with the same respect as you would your own home.
