Very clean, beautiful, spacious and well equipped even for a longer stay. Good kitchen for cooking, good facilities to wash clothes. Also neighbours and security welcoming. We felt like home. Host easily reachable by messages.

Rose a été très accueillante, elle vous donnera beaucoup d'informations pour organiser votre vie sur place et bien vous adapter aux habitudes locales. Elle m'a été d'une grande aide avec de très bons conseils sur-mesure. Elle est très reactive et dispose de beaucoup de contacts pour une aide optimale que vous soyez ici en tant que touristes, étudiants ou pour des affaires ! L'appartement est à environ 15min en Grab du centre. Il est bien sécurisé avec un gardien en bas en permance (nuit et jour) permettant un accès à toute heure et une sécurité optimale. L'agencement de l'appartement est bien conçu et fidèle aux photos. Il un y a un petit salon agréable, une cuisine équipée, une grande salle de bain et 2 chambres. Il y a un supermarché juste en bas avec un large choix de produits et une laverie pour vos vêtements à 2min à pied. Rose a aussi un homestay à Sa Pa(au nord, montagnes)où j'ai eu l'occasion d'aller & qui est un lieu exceptionnel pour se ressourcer, acceuillant, paisible

Good condo overall, pretty good location (not too close but not too far). If you like to sleep at night it’s a good spot! Condo is clean and building is safe with good amenities. Checking in / out seamless

The location was truly quiet and serene to escape from the busy streets of HCMC. It feels just like your own house during the stay, quiet neighbourhood as well.

Eine gute Wohnung, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir sind meistens mit dem Grab in die Innenstadt gefahren, dafür war es aber angenehm ruhig im Apartment. Das Gym war klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigen. Gabriel und Justin haben uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, minimalist, and functional. The location was perfect, the host was super responsive and provided everything we asked for. Overall, it was a great experience, I would recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again if we visit HCM.
