beautiful place in a closed off area. perfect if you have little kids! yards closed off so the kids can play or eat their breakfast outside! 😁 close to the beach ⛱️ or any stores you might need or want to go.

This place is the cutest little place for a couples getaway. The house is very cozy and has everything you need. It was close to Main Street and lots of restaurants. We will for sure be back.

The ice cream store next door was great and the listing from end to end was great. The place lives up to the pictures 100%.

Winter break from Ohio weather , was alittle chiller than we thought , but not stormie issue , lives the little place and was perfect for my dtr and I get away ! Cleaning people forgot toilet paper and stormie was going to have some delivered for us which was thoughtful but not needed , would definitely come back !

Pam’s mermaid house was such a special experience. It is the only house where you can step into the beautiful head of the spring. Everything you need is right there and easy to use everything such as kayaks and floats!!! Pam is an amazing host as well and will bring you anything you need, but always gives privacy; however, I liked her so much that I wanted to hang out with her some!! The house is in the best location ever and manatees go by daily and at night!! The house was also clean and perfect, it’s a total mermaid paradise!! I will be back asap

We enjoyed the private and peaceful setting and watching the sunsets are amazing. The house was clean and nicely decorated. We loved the outdoor deck, the pavilion, the kayaks and the floating dock as we spent most of our time outdoors soaking in the sun. We liked how the house was fenced in and that the driveway had the cattle gate for a sense of security and even though it was private the town of Spring Hill was just a few miles over, which offers anything that you might want or need. Slept great in very comfy beds. We visited the Aripeka Stone Crab Company(only 1 mile away) for fresh scallops and grouper every day so we could enjoy the sunset as we enjoyed supper on the deck. Loved the views and overall this Airbnb is in our top 3 we have ever stayed at. Kelly was always quick to communicate and we appreciated her helpfulness when needed. We will be looking at it for future stays for sure!

Home was perfect for family stay while visiting area. Beautiful home, extremely clean, well stocked to include beach towels! Hosts were amazing! Restaurants, grocery store close to house. Quiet setting with a great view of the canal for morning coffee or evening drinks!

My family and I had an absolute blast at Lane’s, The Blue Heron! Lane was incredibly accommodating, even installing a floating dock to enhance our boating experience. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly, and there’s so much to do in the area. Lane has done a fantastic job showcasing local activities in his guides. The place was spotless, and overall, our stay was amazing. We loved being hosted by Lane and would love to visit again—this is definitely a must-stay!

The house was beautiful. The neighborhood was great. The neighbors were super friendly. My kids love swimming over in their spring. It was just really great. My boyfriend, fish exactly what it was supposed to be and more!

Was so relaxing after some long days of traveling. We had planned a hotel stay then saw this place. And it was so nice for the night. Wasn’t sure if we would get a response with such short notice, but got a response very quickly!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home, everything was found as described in the listing, or better! The backyard was our favorite spot for our family of 5, we spent hours kayaking (even saw a dolphin), fishing off the dock, sunbathing, and playing games. Kevin has thought of everything you could need to make a bayside vacation fun and easy!

Cute house, well stocked, kayaks in the back for use. The only hiccup was the listing indicated a washer and dryer but they were behind a locked door. The host did provide the combination and was very responsive.

We loved our stay here! We took the kayaks out for a day, easily paddled the beautiful little route to Weeki Wachee, and spent the afternoon with a group of 15-20 friendly manatees. We'll remember it forever!

It was exactly as described, the location was private & secluded, yet close to groceries, shopping & beaches, & restaurants. The view from the balcony was breathtaking & we saw lots of ocean wildlife during our stay from our balcony or on walks around the property. Sunset view from our balcony everyday, we watched storms roll by which is also a sight to see. No hassle entering or leaving the property, had you had an extra sense of security because there was a guard on duty all hours. Katrina was friendly, very responsive, she contacted me a few times to give instructions & see how our stay was going. She replied immediately— I had no issues, but I feel like if we did she would have addressed them. I can’t believe the price we paid for our stay, it was beyond reasonable— I kinda expected something to be below par, but it was not! The pool area was nice & secure, the private beach area although small was a wonderful spot to wade into the water or chill with your feet in the sand.

Using Airbnb was easy and the host answered all of my questions and resolved a check-in error by the guard at the gate quickly. The facility was very nice, a bit pricey for the area though. I will use this service again.

We were very comfortable and the location is wonderful. Our house in the neighborhood was destroyed in the hurricane and we had a lot to accomplish. The space is clean and the beautiful sunsets are guaranteed. Pool, gym and laundry were easy and we met lovely people. Our host was available for any questions we had. Would recommend a stay here.

Wonderful condo complex! Large end unit with lots of space. Kitchen was well equipped- best I have encountered so far!! Lots of dishes, pans and cooking utensils. 2 balconies - one facing east for sunrise and one facing west for fantastic evening sunsets. Access to kayaks and paddle board was a nice bonus. Pool was warm and fairly empty most days. Everyone in the complex was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider booking again if we were to return to the area.
