Booked this place for a girls trip. Location was amazing and easy to walk to downtown, with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and shops. There were 4 rooms and we were able to fit 8 adults. Two of the rooms are smaller, but the living room and dining spaces were very comfortable and that’s where we spent most of the time when we were at the Airbnb. The host was very responsive during our trip. We would definitely come back again!

Kate’s place absolutely exceeded expectations - the pictures do not do it justice! Kate really thought of everything that we could possibly need. We enjoyed being able to use the bikes and the location was perfect for what we were looking for. We cannot wait to come back!

Me and my partner had a beautiful night at the tree house!! It was so utterly peaceful and quiet, a really good place to go to recharge your social battery a bit! The house is so beautiful and made me want to just sit and look out into the forest. I also loved the glass walls around the shower! So majestic! The one thing I will say is if the fire restrictions allow at the time of your stay I would bring some fire wood with you so you can have a camp fire as well as the charcoal grill (firewood not provided but charcoal provided). I would highly recommend this place and will definitely go back sometime soon!

The place is beautiful and clean! And it’s a nice walk to downtown Sebastopol. I really enjoyed staying there and getting to know the town. Thank you for opening up your home in this way. You created a private space in your family environment so that I could come and go as I pleased.

Cute and comfy. Such attention to details! The bed and linens were exceptional. Very quiet at night. It certainly is an interesting drive to the home, but directions were perfect. Kathryn provided 2 delicious breakfasts and PLENTY of yummy snacks. It was pretty chilly at night so we didn’t get to use the patio for breakfast in the morning which was a little cramped setting up the table inside. however all the lovely amenities made up for it. Lovely stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful retreat center, from the well appointed kitchen to the spacious living room with wood burning fireplace to the cedar hot tub!

Idyllic cottage respite. Rustic, not rusty! Feels worlds away in the countryside yet just two miles or less from wineries, restaurants and downtown/Sonoma square. Minimal kitchen (small fridge) but can accommodate lighter fare such as sandwiches, yogurt/parfait for bfast, charcuterie, or take-out (bring back and eat on the lovely wraparound porch, watch an amazing sunset and listen to the peaceful nightlife). Four people max — trundle and one queen — but it was comfortable and a wonderful setup for our needs. Dim bath lighting but fixable. Very fluffy towels and nice linens, plenty of seating for inside or outside dining/lounging. Hosts are on property but unobtrusive/unseen. We were greeted with a beautiful bottle of wine and some light provisions to help us unwind and settle in. Definitely would come back. Thank you, Kathleen!

The loft is perfect! A gem of a find! It is on top of a wine tasting room just overlooking the Sonoma square. We love seeing the square from our window…. especially during this Christmas season with all the lights and decor on the square. Check-in was a breeze. It had dedicated parking space. The loft is perfect with all the amenities carefully curated by the host. So thoughtful! It is not a full kitchen (no stove) but was perfect for what we needed. As it is across the square, walking distance to stores, wine tasting shops, restaurants, bars and historic Solano barracks.
