Además, es la primera vez que veo a una propietaria tan atenta que, de hecho, tiene un pequeño botiquín. Las habitaciones también están inmaculadamente limpias, la lavadora y la secadora funcionan muy bien, y la cuestión de seguridad más importante para los turistas también está muy bien hecha. The apt is located very close to the American embassy. The apt is very big and spacious. We liked how clean it was and how it was equipped with everything you might need for a long term stay, the kitchen was very well staffed with condiments such as sugar, salt, coffee etc many plates, utensils, pots and pans. It resembled a furnished apt given USA Standards so I felt right at home. The host was very responsive and fast in communicating over arrival times and other questions that we had. This place is great for its value and location. Not a luxury apt but a very great working place for those that need to stay close by the embassy and other locations. Highly recommended.

The apartment is excellent for longer stays, with a washer-dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Centrally located, within walking distance to grocery stores and many of Bogotá's universities, malls, libraries, and parks. The neighborhood feels safe and the complex has 24-hour security. Overall recommended, a positive experience.

Este es un gran apartamento. Muy cómodo. Se duerme tranquilo. Súper familiar. Y lo que más nos gustó fue poder usar la lavadora y la secadora. Recomiendo el airbnb especialmente si vienes en familia.

The stay at Mauricio's place was great, he was always responsive and provided us with all details for checking in and out. We could use a parking spot inside the building, which was very useful and safe. The WiFi was very good as we needed to do some remote work. The apartment overall was ver well decorated and everything was functional. In the surroundings you can find breakfast, lunch, copyshops and more. Overall, I would definitely recommend the place!

I stay at Yessica’s house is very lovely! I can’t believe it’s plenty to do in the house. The marbles on the floor is very lovely inside the house. I feel comfortable in the house and safe area.

Mi estancia en este alojamiento fue excelente. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo lo que quería visitar. El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio y bien decorado, lo que hizo que me sintiera como en casa desde el primer momento. El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, siempre disponible para responder cualquier pregunta. Además, las comodidades del lugar, como la cocina bien equipada y la cómodas camas, contribuyeron a que mi estancia fuera aún más agradable. Sin duda, recomendaría este alojamiento a cualquiera que esté buscando un lugar acogedor y conveniente para alojarse durante su visita. ¡Definitivamente volveré en mi próximo viaje!

The place was great. Clean and uncluttered. It’s in a nice location that has stores and such at a decent enough walking distance. It has a beautiful green area near for walks. As far as appearance goes, the place exceeded my expectations. There was one instance with a leak on the first day, but it was quickly dealt with. It didn’t affect the stay at all. If there was one weakness, I would say the plumbing. Showers were a little tough. It was either too hot or too cold. And the hot water would randomly turn off during a shower. I’ve had similar experiences at other residence in Colombia, so I chalked it down as a Colombia thing. Apart from that, it was a great experience. I would definitely return. 👍👍
