Perfect for what we needed. Very close to city centre, beds were comfy and clean. Kitchen was clean with all the amenities needed to make us feel right at home.

A great house in a peaceful area of the Peak District, with plenty of space for five people (plus a dog). The rooms were all spacious and tastefully decorated. The views from virtually every window were spectacular. Thank you very much to the hosts.

We spent only one night at Naomi’s place, arriving very late after a family event, but it was a pleasant overnight stay with super comfortable beds and a great shower in the morning. I left a necklace behind and Naomi and Darren kindly looked for it and sent it to me by registered post, for which I am very grateful.

Karls house was perfect and very clean kitchen had everything you needed and more, will definitely stay back here when in the area for competitions

The place was amazing and Heather and Brian were very helpful and just lovely people. The house is in a gorgeous location and the summer house overlooks a wonderful view. There's plenty of good hikes around and places to eat, I wish we had stayed longer!

Great place great hosts!

We had a lovely relaxing few days at the Owlet. We had all we needed. The hot tub was great, the supply of logs were appreciated and the heated mattress was so cosy. The location was perfect so peaceful and only the sound of birds. The lake was lovely to walk around and had some good size fish. My husband’s only regret is he didn’t get to fish. We have already recommended The Owlet and would return. Thank you Sarah and family.

Swallows cottage was perfect for our girls weekend. We were so glad to have good weather to enjoy the gorgeous patio area with bbq. The kitchen was so well prepared with all the essentials we needed and more. The living room and kitchen are so spacious and we loved the carefully considered decor. Izzy provided excellent info and suggestions locally, and was really responsive to any questions we had. We'll definitely be keeping this place in mind for future trips.

the perfect space both inside and out for a total reset and release. Everything you need, but stripped back from the hustle and bustle of life.....the pictures don't do it justice the pod itself is beautiful, and a comfy bed, waking up to the most perfect view. Hot tub and firepit was fantastic, the water can get very hot so be warned! It isn't a cheap stay but you pay for the environment, the views and the love and heart that goes into the daily workings of the site. A really wonderful spot and we will definatly be back, so accomidating as a small family and dog. The underfloor heating in the pod is a fantastic feature. Amazing place 🙏

Great value for a great place to stay. A short drive away from the busy centre of Llangollen so it was very peaceful and quiet, with beautiful welsh surroundings literally on the door step. Hosts were very friendly but as they’d organised the accommodation so well, we didn’t really need to bother them! The house has everything needed for a short stay to make our stay all the more convenient. I will definitely recommend to my friends with their families! Diolch yn fawr

We had a lovely weekend staying at Serendipity to visit the Christmas markets in York. The place has everything we needed and more and Rachael had kindly left the heating on for us so we were super cosy when we arrived in the evening too. Very comfortable bed with great pillows and a great power shower - the all important things! Also a lovely extra touch with some treats for us and the dogs, plus milk, tea and coffee. We had a wonderful stay at Annabel’s and will definitely be going back asap! It was perfectly peaceful with gorgeous surroundings and was even better than the pictures! The pool was much bigger than we thought and was such a joy to have, the decking area was huge with stunning views and the garden truly magical! This was great value for money! Annabel was a fantastic host and very helpful and friendly and the animals were all very friendly too! The cats didn’t come to close though as we had our dog, who had a dream just roaming free! Thanks Annabel, be back soon !

Another last minute booking whilst on the road. Sue responded immediately and all of her directions were crystal clear. Sue even left a few things in the fridge to help me out which was appreciated. Great place, private parking with virtually an onsite security guard! If I’m ever in the area again will be sure to book!

absolutely stunning. Jessica was very friendly and very helpful, she went above and beyond. would highly recommend staying here. The animals are friendly and adorable. Plenty to do around the area and the pizza oven was amazing 👏 Pod was just as amazing as it was advertised and we will be definitely going back! Thank you for a wonderful stay Jessica!

We are first time visitors in Skipton and glad we stayed with Mel and Jason's place. It was near to the place we were meeting with friends so that comes handy with us getting uber to and from the place. We were out much of the day so it's just nice to come home to a cozy place. Mel and Jason were responsive and timely with their reminders. They also offered some bread, eggs and butter which was thoughtful.

Beautiful lodge in the middle of the country side, kids loved the drive up to the property seeing all the lambs and calf’s on the farm. Hot tub was great and having a large enclosed garden made it a wonderful and stress free trip even with 2 children and 2 dogs 😆 everything we could need was provided ( logs for fire, kitchen equipment etc)

I highly recommend this beautiful house in a quiet and peaceful location. Jill was an excellent host, helpful and informative and the house was spotlessly clean with excellent amenities. The surrounding fields had newborn lambs and free range chickens which added to the atmosphere. if you come across this property when looking for a place to stay, look no further and book it immediately.

Only stayed for one night visiting a friend near by , Lovely location and building , the spiral staircase was a slight worry after a few 🥂🥂🤪 Was great for taking my dog too outside area was gated so safe to let him have a wonder round off lead whilst we were sitting outside ! David and Patricia were lovely and nothing was too much trouble , answered straight away to any queries , and we even enjoyed a drink with them in the bar ! Happy days 😁

Perfect for our family get together to celebrate my in laws 50th wedding anniversary. The location is fantastic with glorious views and walks on the doorstep. The cottages were lovely and warm and welcoming with everything there to make sure we enjoyed our stay, we made full use of the maps of local walks and the dogs thought it was dogy heaven!
