La signora Maria Paola, anche se non l’abbiamo mai incontrata è stata ospitale e disponibile, l’appartamento è come descritto dalla proprietaria in centro e in zona tranquilla.

Our stay in Florence was often beyond wonderful, and staying at #7 in the Carmine area was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, good choice of restaurants, nice areas for walking - a lovely park was about two blocks away. The apartment itself had everything necessary for a home away from home: rolling shopping cart to take to nearby shops; good variety of cook equipment for cooking at home; extra umbrella; very comfy bed; nice selection of books. Enrica herself was helpful in meeting us and explaining the details of the apartment. Bottom line - we hope to return soon.

Salvatore is very accommodating and kind. Everything went well. Will book again when I am in Florence.

You can tell this place is loved. Elena grew up there. There are so many nice touches you don't usually see. Very comfortable. The only, and I mean only, drawback is the intermittent internet connection. Resetting the router fixes this most of the time, but not always. Unless you must have wifi all the time, absolutely stay here.

Had a beautiful time staying at this spot as our home base as we travelled into Siena and around Tuscany for a few days. Enrico and his family were very nice and the property is beautiful! It was particularly helpful to have laundry use to wash some things to get through the end of the trip.

Mariangela’s apartment was lovely. Perfect location, beautifully done with everything you need. We stayed for 2.5 months and it felt like a second home to us. Closed to amazing restaurants, open markets, grocery stores and easy walk to Florence beautiful sites and this amazing cities neighborhoods. Quiet neighborhood. Mariangela and her team were always responsive and lovely to interact with. We are planning on returning next year.

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene in una casa confortevole e a due passi da Albus Alpacas !

un superbe accueil. le logement était vraiment très propre.nous qui sommes très regardant le dessus c'était vraiment top. il y a tout ce qu'il faut ( lave vaisselle, machine à laver, sèche cheveux, machine à café... avec le café offert en plus 👍. un superbe panier avec des fruits et légumes du jardin. possible pour kes enfants de faire du poney. la piscine pour finir se rafraîchir était très bien aussi même si il manque quelque transat quand les logements sont tous plein.

Increíble el departamento de Marco y Beatrice, super moderno, con todo lo necesario para una estadía sin preocupaciones en Siena, respondían siempre las dudas super rápido, y el check in fue simple y rápido. El único punto en contra que le pudimos encontrar fue que la calefacción la controlaban ellos, uno tenía que solicitar que la encendieran y la apagaban en la mañana cuando ellos querían y con el frío de la mañana igual estaba helado el departamento y no teníamos cómo controlar la temperatura, pero el resto increíble.

By far, the best Air BNB stay I’ve had. Francesco was superb. Great communication. Sending a video of the entry process was really helpful. Everything was well thought out and it was hard to leave. The flat is in a neighborhood where I’ve stayed many times and is a very different, elegant part of Florence. There are plenty of shops and restaurants and the location down the hill near Porto Romana made grabbing the bus very easy. The furnishings and amenities were a cut above. Francesco could not have been more responsive to our needs, providing advice, taking care of a small plumbing issue immediately and making sure we got our taxi to the airport. I hope to be a repeat renter! Grazie mille.

The apartment is in a very old house constructed over 800 years ago. I loved the old style of the apartment, which reminded me of the old history of Florence. Sandro is a great host, they kept a wine bottle as a welcome gift, which is not something many hosts would do. There are really good restaurants around the apartment and close to public commute. We were having trouble finding a taxi to the station as it was a busy time, Sandro and his wife tried helping us to find a taxi by calling them.

We were 6 adults and stayed 5 nights here. Everything was great. The three bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious with high ceilings. The kitchen was big with plenty of utensils. The private terrace was cute. There was just enough seating for all. The place was very clean. Being away from the tourist areas, it was quiet - you could wake up hearing the birds singing. You do hear when others enter/leave the building. But it was very rarely late in the night. The location is great. In 20min you can reach Uffizi and the main city center. It is also walkable to Piazza Michaelangelo. We also walked to the Pitti palace area next to the city wall, which was a beautiful walk. There is a little organic store around the corner which has some groceries. There are plenty of restaurants and ice cream stores within 5min walk. The host was very responsive at all times. For example the WiFi wasn't working the first day, so the host immediately added a new router, after which it was fine.

I have just come back from a 3 night stay at Federico’s apartment with my sister and mum. It’s a stunning property, incredibly spacious with plenty of charm, it was perfect for our requirements. The apartment building is a short walk to the piazza, with plenty of restaurants and shops en route. I have stayed in Siena many times over the last decade and this was the best accommodation I have had yet. Federico is really friendly and very responsive to any questions / requests. I would definitely recommend and we are already planning our next trip! Thank you ☺️

Tutto perfetto, un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde con vista a 360 gradi sulla Val d'orcia! Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente consigliata la degustazione dei vini dell'azienda!

Die Ferienwohnung ist auf einem kleinen Hügel in der Toskana. Vom eigenen Gartenabschnitt aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf Siena und die tolle Landschaft. Abends kann man dort auch schön den Sonnenuntergang mit einem Glas Wein genießen. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles Nötige, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation verlief immer schnell und reibungslos. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Amazing central location, minutes walk to all the major sights and great selection of bars and restaurants in the nearby streets. The small terrace is lovely for breakfast with a view of the Palazzo Vecchio tower.

The entire property was absolutely wonderful – from the location to the overall living experience, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and kind, showing great care and hospitality from check-in to check-out. I truly felt at home during my stay. On my arrival, the host thoughtfully gifted me a bottle of wine, plenty of fresh fruits, and some delicious chocolate pastries – such a warm and generous gesture that made me feel instantly comfortable. The house itself is very spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Every morning, I would wake up feeling refreshed and grateful, as sunlight poured into the rooms – it was simply beautiful. I genuinely loved my time here, and whether for a short stay or a longer visit, this place is absolutely perfect. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, der Jacuzzi im Garten mit tollem Blick herrlich gelegen, lediglich das Schlafsofa ist unbequem (Sprungfedern) und bestenfalls für kleine Kinder geeignet.

Luciano’s place was fabulous! A wonderful experience from start to finish. Gorgeous, welcoming space easy walking distance to all attractions. Perfect for our family holiday. Felt like a home way from home.

Grande ottimizzazione degli spazi, appartamento molto pulito e curato in zona storica, facilmente esplorabile a piedi e piena di locali carini. Le scale per l’accesso all’appartamento sono molto piccole e ripide quindi non adatte ai trolley; i soffitti della zona notte-bagno sono oggettivamente piuttosto bassi quindi occhio alla testa! Molto apprezzato il foglio con i consigli sui locali della zona.

10/10 stay at Matteo's place. Excellent location overlooking the river and the Ponte Vecchio bridge. Surprisingly quiet despite being in the center of all the action and a great place for a glass of wine where you could get a reprieve from the busyness of the city while still feeling like you are a part of it. Matteo and his team were exceptional in their communication and even offered to make reservations for us at their favorite restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this AirBNB!!!

우리는 두달동안 어학연수를 위해 가족이 함께 이 숙소에 머물렀습니다. 그동안 호스트는 매우 친절하고 사려깊고 신속하며 정확하게 우리의 필요에 응답해 주었습니다. 그 덕분에 시에나에서의 우리 삶은 매우 평화롭고 편안하며 안정적이었습니다. 또한 집을 언제나 깔끔하고 청결하게 정리해준 나디아와 알렉산드로 부부 덕분에 두달동안 처음 체크인한 상태의 쾌적함을 누렸답니다. 두달을 집과 같은 편안함을 느끼며 부족함없이 지낼 수 있어 너무나 감사했습니다. 또한 호스트가 설명한 대로 주변에 2분 거리의 슈퍼마켓conad 와 맛있는 피자집과 레스토랑이 있고 쇼핑할 수 있는 곳이 가까이 있습니다. 집앞에 바로 택시 정류장이 있고 7분 거리에 시외버스 정류장이 있어, 무척 유용했어요. 우리는 내년에도 이곳에 다시 예약을 하려고 합니다. ♡ 아름답고 사랑스러운 작은 정원도 잊지못 할거에요.
