Each detail is carefully curated and designed for the ultimate city escape. Our home is walking distance to Oaklawn Racing, a short drive to the downtown area, National Park, lakes, and other must-see destinations.

The space
The Woodlawn Tudor has been newly restored! Enjoy our little taste of the English Countryside, or as some might know it as The Cotswolds! Our home has two floors, with all of the amenities and comforts of home. Our home also has lush and mature garden spaces to enjoy when the weather is lovely.

We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our Airbnb guests stay safe during this time by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in.

Our home is conveniently located off of Central Avenue, with easy access to Oaklawn Racing, and local restaurants. Pedestrian friendly for those wanting to walk to Oaklawn.

**Due to strict city codes, there is not parking on the street. We do, however, have parking in the driveway and on the graveled area out front.**

We're Kali and Lance, A 30-something married expat couple, and natives of Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas! In 2018, we bought and restored a 1940's bungalow, The Paddock, to share our love of our historic small town with those traveling from both near and far. In 2021, Kali’s parents purchased The Woodlawn Tudor + Guest Cottage to join in on the fun! A family collaboration brought the stunning 1940’s tudor to back to life, from design to construction to photography. (Kali’s sister photographs our properties!) This has truly been one of the most rewarding experiences of our adult lives! We love to attend the horse races at Oaklawn, hike the many beautiful trails, and play tourist in our vibrant downtown area. Through our passion for travel and hospitality, we hope to host you and yours in our little slice of history in our hometown!
