Please be advised that the property is located in a 9-floor apartment building.

Some noise may occur during daytime hours. This is life and this is normal for a big city like Dubai.

Regarding loud noise, according to Dubai (UAE) law, apartment owners have the right to make repairs and carry out noisy work from 11 am to 3 pm on weekdays from Monday to Friday. This requirement is strictly observed, all repairs in the building are carried out with the written permission of the management company, and all workers arrive at the reception by 11 am.

If you are bothered by loud noise or music during quiet hours, please contact me or the building concierge and we will try to fix the problem
